Maitria Mode Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok - A Chatrium Collection

This is our hotel every time we come back to Bangkok, never disappoints! Super clean, very comfortable, really recommended. Great location close to boat, skyt rain and metro, really well communicated to the airport too. Staff is always amazing, thanks for making our stay so special!

They have a tuk-tuk to drop off at Terminal 21 Evey hour on the hour, they don't collect you from there, so just a note so you count on it when you arrive in Bangkok. It's just 15 minutes walk from Aok's station anyway, but so you know.

The Staff most importantly. So nice and well spoken. Nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out. Room was nice too.

The smell in the street outside was sometimes bad. I wish the TV allowed for Casting from tablets/phones so you could watch netflix/Youtube. Maybe a bath too as the room itself was very relaxing.

Pool Very Cool. Very Cool Area nächst tio Maakasan Train Sky Staion. Cool Shops and Bars not far to walk. A lovley nice breakfast. Cool Rooms ! Clear and comfortbale for that money!!!

Upgraded room. That was Booking.com. Staff were very good. Excellent roof top pool, bar and nice set up. Easy access to Soi 11.13,21. Sky train at end of the road. 10 minute walk. Hotel supply tuc tuc service.

Lovely hotel in great location, easy to get to from the airport train station, fast boat connections into the city along the canal at the top of the street and 2 metro stations within 15 mins walk. Spacious room, big bathroom, huge comfortable bed, complimentary bottled water every day. Good range of breakfast choices. Pleasant rooftop pool with sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Good treadmills in the gym. Enjoyed the food and cocktails at the rooftop bar. Really enjoyed our 4 night stay and would stay again. Very friendly helpful staff.

Initially given a very small, basic room which was very obviously not we had booked and paid for. We were then upgraded to a large corner room to make up for the error, which was nice. The air con in the bedroom is very noisy and we had to switch it off at night in order to sleep. Glazed panel between the bedroom and bathroom makes the bedroom light at sunrise.

We had a nice family room (connecting rooms). Very nice beds, spacious bathroom, lovely pool area and good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Location of the hotel was fantastic! Good transportation options and great shopping mall nearby (Termina21). I would gladly recommend the hotel and will return there for sure next time in Bangkok.

Oh, the coffee machine in the restaurant! Please invest in a better machine. Also I wanted to purchase the bathrobe as a sovenier, but the hotel could't offer that.

Fabulous hotel in busy Sukhumvit district. Just off the Main Street so it was nice and quiet. Location is easily walkable to a variety of amenities & Korea town. There are always taxis & tuk tuks parked right out front if needed. The room was so comfortable, complete with a big, fluffy bed! Breakfast buffet had a great selection of eastern & western foods. The staff is lovely and friendly as well.

I did not get a chance to use the pool so I can’t speak on that. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel!

Beautiful little hotel with a gorgeous view from the rooftop pool. Hotel restaurant and bar had different deals on, so great for any budget travellers. Tuktuks available outside the accommodation, with only a short walk to restaurants and bars, all highly rated. Really friendly and accommodating staff, including a multilingual group located on the rooftop where you can buy some excursions from a variety of options! Rooms cleaned to a high standard and very quickly, complementary sodas and biscuits upon arrival also.

Not a big issue, but the room did not have a balcony.

Breakfast - great selection. Fruits, breads, cereal, eggs cooked to you liking plus the Asian style buffet. Room - very clean, very spacious, large shower area and bathroom Pool - roof top pool with a bar and seating either in the shade or sun Gym - for a hotel the gym had a good selection of weights and cardio equipment The hotel was walking distance to shopping centres like Terminal 21. The also have a comp shuttle that will take you there or the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The beds I find a little to firm but this is a personal choice.

Check in was simple fast cordial. The lady was very professionalable her name was Mickey Mouse and she was GREAT! Breakfast, room. and pool were just what I order. The only problem was the first day in actually a few hours. I called down to the front desk and got Mickey. Told her the air conditioner was not cold enough. with in one hour the air worked fine and did so for six days. She showed up with a electricon a bellman and her self. Great place to stay' I will be back in January.

Nothing Everything was top notch from the schuddle to the maids pool service it was just lovely.
