Central location, about 7 mins walk from Zoom rooftop bar. Large room, nice bed, fast wifi

Sound isolation is not super, you can hear the laugh or TV sound from next room at night.

- good location, not far from BTS. - there are lot of places to eat nearby and there's onsen not far from hotel - nice rooms, not big but have good room spacing

- can't open windows in the room so it feels stuffy - they have some strange rules about security of your belongings in that they don's take any responsibility for it

Good value for money

Can hear the noise from the hall way and when people open and shut the door especially late night but it's didn't bother me at all.

The location is great for those who want/need access to the Chao Praya River, plus it's in a neighborhood that is relatively quiet. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Saint Luis BTS station, a HUGE plus! The facilities was good, clean overall, good service and friendly. Nice to get two bottles of water everytime they cleaned the room. Quiet at nights. There are THREE 7-11 around the hotel, so always have snacks if you wish. My only complaints is that my room faced a brick wall from the building next to the hotel, and the room has windows that access the wall but you CANNOT open them. I prefer to let in some fresh air and was disappointed to find out that my room could not open the windows. The bathroom has an amazing waterfall-like shower but it didn't work, just the adjustable handheld. It was very good, but I was led to believe that the shower was the waterfall type. Finally, the room is smaller than I had imagined from the pictures. It was fine for me solo, but I could see it being a problem if two people stayed there. Outside of those minor complaints, I'd stay here again.

Smaller room than expected, no windows opening.

We arrived quite late in the evening and the welcome was great. The security guard assisted us when parking in the underground parking lot. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful. We were allocated a high floor, so the views were good and as requested we were given rooms close together. The rooms were large and well appointed, the beds comfy and the bathroom was also large and spotlessly clean. The internet speed was fast and the connection stable. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from the Saint Louis BTS station, so getting around is easy.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The hotel is excellent value for money. The location is in a great, being just a sort walk from the Saint Louis BTS station. There is also parking on request. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Room was clean and modern .Shower was great too .2 cards provided for one room .Parking available for motorbike .6 min walk to St Louis station. There is one coin operated laundry within the hotel. Nearby some restaurant for food . Walking distant to FATBOY motor rental ( need to book in advance as in my case no more bike for rental and i went to MADBIKE instead . There's rider taxi just outside hotel .2 stations away to Sathorn Pier .

Only 2 pillows provided , can hear next door taking shower , surrounding no much happening , difficult to get massage or street food .Aircond doesnt seem to responce my input via controller .Staff did not communicate to each other .(examples when i instructed to one staff , but this was not conveyed to other staff and hence they are not aware )

Near BTS Saint Louis station. Traffic is terrible in Bangkok especially in this area so having a station nearby was helpful.

The original suite I booked was a deluxe studio. It was far from deluxe. It was the first room right off the main entrance. Very noisy and the room was cramped for the money. We were able to upgrade to a one bedroom suite and it was like double the size. It made our stay much more comfortable.

Amazing location! Nice surrounding and very close to Saint Louis BTS station, which you could take a train to Siam with just 4 stops. 711 in just 300m. The neighborhood was quiet yet got a sense of local activities and food. The Ground Coffee, which is a very famous cafeshop in the Sathor area is right next to the hotel. Highly recommended. The hotel room was also spacious and clean, on our 2nd night we even got a bigger room without additional fee. The staff was helpful and polite

Hotel was located within a short walk from the BTS station and very near the central station of Siam. Convenience stores and a massage place was located within a short stroll. Room was rather spacious for its cost and bed was clean and comfy. Amenities such as bottled drinking water, hair dryer, proper heated water in the shower, etc. made the stay easy. Toilet had a rain shower, which was a plus.

I requested for 2 adjacent rooms (or at least on the same level) during my booking. However, it appears that the rooms were only assigned during check-in, resulting in me having to move rooms on the 2nd day. Would appreciate if the staff would attend to such requests in advance in the future. Check-out was slow as the staff upstairs took a significant amount of time to check the rooms.

This hotel was so good; all met my expectations. The hotel is near BTS station Saint Louis, located in vibrant area, have some hawker with stalls offering cheap food in the mornings. There are also two 7/11 shops nearby. I also love the way Thai people commute to their offices in this area, and there are lots of things to discover if I stay there again. I really love the atmosphere of this hotel after a long day of walking, heading to the room, feeling the cozy and clean style. Another tip is that if you catch BTS, you can walk through AIA office and use the lift, which will take a bit rest of your legs in case you been walking too much (or are lazy like me).
