Sabai Sathorn Service Apartment

The staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating, I checked in effortlessly. I stayed in a room with 3 beds there were three of us. one adult and 2 teens. The room was adequate and had the air con ditioning worked well. The single beds are enough. The room is appropriate for 2-3 nights. I would take a larger room for more than 3 nights. There are new washer and dryer on the 9th floor where the pool is situated. This is important when travelling with hand luggage. There is a message spa on the 9th floor also but I did not use. There is street food, restaurants and 7 11 within 30 meters. BTS is 200 meters and you can walk to Silom road easily. Many taxis available just outside the hotel as there i]are many street food stall on the opposite side of the hotel. My daughters ate there twice. There is a Japanese restaurant and a coffee shop on the premises. There was a microwave and a reasonably sized refrigerator. There were not dishes or cutlery, but I just asked the reception and there were provided immediately. I cannot comment on other rooms.

Luggage and Storage place was limited for 3 persons and for this reason I would choose a larger room if I was going to stay longer than 3 nights.

Apartment was perfect for our group. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Location was great. The staff are very helpful. Loved the swimming pool :)

The shower didnt have warm water but as we only had a short stay it wasn't a big deal. I dont like paying a key deposit but even more of a dislike when you have to mind a bit of paper that also has to be return! Even if you have your keys but no paper you wont get 500baht returned!

Location is excellent, quiet place, good swimming pool on the roof, 711 near, few street food hawkers across the street.

Floor slope in the shower does not descent to a drainage so water stay on a floor very slippery.

The apartment was excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location is fantastic as well, close to 2 BTS stations and plenty of 7/11 stores and street vendors around. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Every room has its own ac regulator.

One of the bathrooms had a foul smell that would spread to the entire apartment.

Really great location, 5mins walk to the local BTS or 10mins walk to the shops and restaurants of Sala Daeng and Patpong night market. The rooms are a good size, accommodating a family of four nicely. There is a swimming pool and gym on the roof of the building which is a nice extra. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here three or four times, it is our go-to place when stopping in Bangkok. We really like having the kitchen and dining area. Street food is available everywhere in Bangkok, so nice to be able to have breakfast/lunch/dinner or a late snack comfortably in the room

There used to be someone to helps with luggage - we never travel light! No one there this time. Not much of a problem, but a nice to have.

- Good location, near BTS, 7-Eleven and Restaurants - Double bedroom apartment was good in size - Two bathrooms were good for family usage - The service people were quick in giving solution

- The Wi-Fi is so bad, very unstable and most of the time no working! Did not expect such poor WiFi in a property at the middle of Bangkok. - The lock of the door to balcony was not working. Though they fixed it very quickly but such things should be checked before handing over the rooms.

I love this hotel, the girls at the reception are very friendly, I have visited the hotel 3 times in the last few months and for location, cleanliness, and price it is the best option…. Greetings to my friend KOL at the reception, she is the best in customer service, as a negative point I think the guy who works at night should be friendlier, he is very unhelpful compared to his colleagues.
