The hotel is located in a central position, easy to reach by public transport or by taxi. The staff is very polite and friendly and communicate very well in English. The whole building is kept very clean and the room was in good condition too. We stayed for 2 weeks in the Family suit which was furnished like a little apartment. The kitchen was small but functional with small electric hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. There weren't any kitchenware and pans in the room but the staff provided them when we asked. There is only one bathroom (en-suite to the bedroom) and another WC at the entrance of the apartment. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor with 2 big washing mashing, a separate tumble dryer and iron (bit old should be replaced) and an iron board. All machines are working with coins (80 baht for washing machine and 90 baht for tumble dryer). Go to reception if you need coins. The staff was really helpful, always happy to resolve any issue. We got our shower hose replaced as it was really short for us to use. The restaurant at the ground floor offers a mix of Japanese, Thai and Western dishes (mainly Japanese tho). We dined in few times and the food is really good and tasty. The restaurant is very clean too.

Bathroom is very old fashion and need a complete refurb as the colours are too dark. The bathroom need a change of the suits too as the toilet and bathtub look very old.

I enjoyed the following: Large rooms like a home, slightly outdated but very clean with diligent housekeeping Courteous guardhouse and reception folks Awesome value price-quality ratio, no frills but has all you need for a home away from home Comfortable bed with nice pillows that made me oversleep Awesome, powerful airconditioning. Fridge and freezer are good-sized too Plenty of natural light in the apartment, which is also well lit at night Excellent location if you like quiet but don't want to be too far from amenities and a BTS station (Chong Nonsi). Turn left from the guardhouse, walk 20m and there is a Lots cafe with yummy coffee and chillax vibes The main road is just another 20m to go and you have a row of local hip cafes, foodstalls, 7-11 and a market selling export clothes, food court, lovely local flavour and at local prices. For foodies with the right $$$ budget to spare, Plu and I'll Bolognese are a short walk away! It takes about 5 min to reach Chong Nonsi BTS with a 24-hour McDonalds next to it and plenty of decent massage places nearby. Will not hesitate to stay here again. Did not try the restaurant and gym this time.

Corridor noise and other apartments' guests can be a tad noisy when walking around and slamming the doors, but it quietens down later at night.

- Great location - Near to public transport - Lots of entertainment, food venues nearby - Room is spacious - Bed is very good (our preference is not soft, not hard, very good for back) - Lots of pillows - Very clean - Kitchen with utencils, fridge, microwave, etc. Enough for cooking or bring food to eat. - Bathroom is very clen with all amenities - Shower pressure is ver good (but shower head is low for adult) - Lits of storage. Very happy with the stay.

Extensive studio apartment with separate lounge and sleeping areas plus many other extras. Great aspect onto city skyline.

A bit far from BTS station and selection of street food and restaurants. Korean influences. Despite the air-conditioning as low as 18°, the bedclothes were still too hot. Ability to graduate bed coverings would be good.

The property is located in the business district so it was quite and not busy during the weekend. However the general vicinity comes alive during weekdays with many office workers around, and the BTS station can get crowded during rush hour. Many eating places around the area, but most are closed during the weekend as they cater to the office crowd. The hotel is around 650 m away from Chong Nonsi BTS station, which was convenient to get around. The hotel has a good cafe which serves authentic Japanese food, and is reasonably priced. One doesn't need to worry about going hungry in this place because of the cafe service. I also liked the spacious suites which are like one bedroom apartments complete with a small kitchenette and living room area with TV . The front desk staff also spoke very good English which was another plus. I would stay here again.

The place is just great - lots of room and comfort - but it's the service and care the staff provide that really make it outstanding. Location is also great - walk to just about anything you need or want including a small mall with Tops supermarket and food court. Get to anywhere you need to as the Silom line is a few minutes further walk. Plus great restaurants all around (including a Michelin rated place "Plu" a 5 minute walk away.)

Seems the place could benefit from a new modernization...but as mentioned everything is in great shape and clean... a great bargain.

My wife and I have been staying here for two weeks and we were absolutely enjoying it. The apartment located in a silent region of the town, but still had all we needed nearby: 7/11, nice restaurants and bars. The receptionist and the staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment was big and tidy, we also really liked the interior design. The restaurant downstairs served delicious Japanese and Thai food. Also on the 5th floor there was a small gym, a library (all the literature is in Japan) and a very nice garden with a beautiful view.

We still don't understand why the garden closed so early (18.00 p.m).

Initially we booked this hotel for a few days, but ended up staying for almost a month. It's just a few stops away from the centre and all the big shopping malls. The staff was great and accommodating. The apartment is spacious and good value compared to other hotels we had stayed at. There was also a mini gym with some basic equipment. Nobody used it, so it was nice to exercise alone. The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed everyday. Also good wifi.

The apartment is quite dark and the blueish light in the rooms wasn't the cosiest.

wel like the location near Chong Nonsi BTS Station, though wish itwas slightly closer. The facilities are basically good, though the appoitments and details are a bit lacking and culd easily be improved.

Previous breakfasts when included were poor in quality. Wish there were a few more chairs and a second bedside table with lamps included as furniture is a bit sparse. Kitchen utensils and larger drinking glasses are very poorly provided; definitely should provide more of each for multiple uses. Provision of a toaster is a minimum I believe; but, none is provided. Also, should not be so stingy on coffee, sweeteers and creamer; one small pack a day is not enough for sure and several more wouldn't cost that much.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The suite has all what you need for a longer stay. The restaurant offers nice food for reasonable price, a lot of Japanese dishes, beside some Thai and other food. Less than 10 minutes walk to the BTS station Chong Nonsi, the next 7/11 is just around the corner. A lot of small eateries are nearby, some pubs less touristy mostly younger Thai people ..all in all a very nice and safe area I had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this Hotel.

One small minus: the TV has a few Japanese and Thai channels, but for tourists it should not be so important, since they probably spending more time for sightseeing than watching TV
