- Great big bathtub, would have been better had bath salts been provided as part of the daily toiletries - This is probably not such a big deal but there should be a dedicated pedestrian footpath for hotel clients to cut across from lobby entrance to the main gate. Often times I find myself battling with the cars that are either crossing over or turning in. Definitely don’t feel so safe. - My room was clean but not spick and span - crumbs on the carpet were there from whence I checked-in till I checked out - clearly not vacuumed on a daily basis. - And please, are the water bottles provided in the room replenished from the tap? They taste funky

Amazing room at this beautiful property and probably one of the best breakfasts buffets I’ve experienced! Not only a great selection of food but presented so elegantly. The staff was amazing and so very accommodating. The beds and pillows are heavenly. You can’t find much better than this! Great location to the Sky Train where you can really get around in Bangkok.

The service of the staff in the hotel was exceptional! Especially Mr. Boo who never fails to make guests feel comfortable and like a long-lost friend. It's also a smart hotel that has a central console that could control A/C, lights, DND, alarms etc. Not forgetting how the bed and pillows engulf you into the bed, making it so difficult to leave the hotel room. I'll definitely return!

Location of hotel is not close to any tourist destinations.

I loved everything about this place. It’s definitely worth the splurge. Artsy and modern, this hotel lives up to its name and hype. The room had an amazing view, was beautiful and very efficient and the bed and bedding was to die for… I honestly think that it was the best that I’ve every had.

The room itself was exceptional, the presentation was above average. The bathroom showed attention to detail. Breakfast was nice every time.

The room service menu was limited and a bit overpriced.

Friendly and very detailed employees in W. It was always the exceptional services which I adored very much. Crystal at front desk was friendly and she spotted us to do check out at the far end. Aside of that she is also helpful to by recommending us on the time to leave the city to airport. Thanks Crystal :) The breakfast is still so good! I choose to stay in W again because of the breakfast that I love so much! Each of the selection was spot on especially the cheese board corner that I love it very much! Thank you to the W kitchen team!

The iconic W signage was removed at the lobby. It was the signature aesthetic once the door is open however due to the construction works it was removed.

Great breakfast, great gym and great employees

Funky and fun hotel. Staff were friendly and very keen to help. Offered a late checkout at no cost. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Large and comprehensive breakfast. Large clean gym.

There were a few things looking a little worn and in need of repair, including missing tiles around the pool. The pool is small compared to similar hotels in Bangkok. Our floor - the 11th - did not have a great smell in the corridors, probably due to the constant cleaning due to the pandemic, or smokers. Traffic noise was noticable as night and in the morning.

I was with my wife at the lobby bar ( W Hotel Bangkok) and she was a great host, ( Nesa is her name ), cared to attend to our table and gave us all the information about the discount we can have, plus very friendly and professional that made our night very nice spent.

On the time we checked in we made sure to inform the receptionist of our check out date 3 times and still they saved our check out date one day before the date we have informed her with!!! My first booking was from 13 - 16 but i did the change once I checked in from 13 - 18 but they made it on 17th and I told them to book a taxi to drop us to the airport on 18th at 5am but nothing happened till i found out and informed them today 16th by my self , so imagine if i didn't check with them today what would Happen. It's really shame 😞 😔

great beds

the shampoo etc in the room used to be bliss. the new stuff isn’t very good. I loved the bliss body butter and was looking forward to using it but sadly it’s gone.
