the staff are the best! everyone was so lovely and helpful. thank you so much for making our stay so great :)
the only issue we had, (was okay for us but might not be for less able people) that the bag lift was broken and we had to carry the 25 kg bag up to level 5. good work out daily :p but was pretty intense in the heat and if you have any knee or back related health issues

The location was awesome, it's just a few minutes walk to khao san road. Nice and approachable staffs. We love the free coffee, water refill and sweets. Food was just outside and everything you need.
It's a bit pricey and I was expecting the city view. Hehe

There’s no elevator, climbing up 4 flights of stairs gets old quickly. The room is very small, I was literally sitting on the toilet while taking a shower. For what it is, I feel it’s priced a little high.

Room size is a bit small, but it is clean and comfy enough. The best location to use Giant IBIS transport, it takes only 1 minute walk. There are free snacks, banana and coffee at lobby. Seven eleven is just near by.
If they have elevator, it might be more convenient. It is a bit difficult to find the hotel.

This place is just great!!! Friendly people and nice breakfast before jumping on the bus to Cambodia! Nothing to complain about anything ever people was complaining about the size of the bathroom even its small 👊👊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice and clean room, TP and toiletries in stock. Quiet. On the 4th floor and no elevator but not a problem for us. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind! My 14 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay there
We had to carry luggage to the 4th floor, there may have been an elevator for the luggage, but I didn’t notice till after the fact 🤣
