Penpark Place

The property is in a small lane away from traffic noise. This is very quiet. This was our second stay there in a month. The room was very nice and spacious with a comfortable bed, perfect AC and a clean bathroom. WiFi was very good. We enjoyed having breakfast in the peaceful garden just outside our room. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Khao San Road and Chao Praya. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

A very comfortable place to stay.Situated in a quiet part of Samsen 3,but within 10 minutes walking from everything.There is a lush beautiful garden,good for lounging with a beer.Even a rooftop terrace with nice views.Rooms are nice,good beds,good wifi.The receptioniste was very friendly and helpfull. I would recommend it!

It can be some noisy at night when people are having some drinks on the rooftop terrace... As a suggestion;a little fridge on the room would be nice.

Room didn't have very good sound isolation, I could hear people next door talking. There is also some construction going on next to hotel but I stayed in newer part of hotel and didn't hear anything but the older part of hotel could hear construction noise (I stayed in Feb 2023). Not the property's fault and obviously this is temporary. Otherwise great hotel

the staffs were helpful tried to help me with moving luggages upstairs and helped with remove dead lock as I forgot my keys.

but on the day when I’m leaving i spent more than an hour tried to work out if been paid and how to pay via credit card linked to my booking account. as I don’t want to be charged 3% surcharge fee and don’t want to pay cash on the spot I need to save cash for upcoming travel. the staff don’t know what’s going on and still haven’t figured out how to charge it until I leave. the driver can not wait for me any longer.

It was at a great quiet location next to all the main historical attractions and the bustling Khao San road Even has a rooftop with a great view to enjoy your evening or morning coffee

I'd rather the cleaning staff to come in the rooms daily because if you wanted your room clean you had to inform the front desk Great experience overall though

The lady at the reception desk was the nicest, most helpful person in the world:)!!! You can buy beer in the lobby and stay at the terrace which is very nice. Close to khaosan, but situated in a very quiet corner I stayed only one night because I was travelling, but I could store part of my luggage at the reception with no additional cost! Shower gel and shampoo in the shower, air conditioner Very good price

The room wasnt the cleanest, there were lots of spiderwebs

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Khaosan road and close to Grand Palace. Area is very quiet despite being close to attractions so it's a great retreat after a long day in Bangkok. Very little noise at night. Room was modern and clean. Also had free parking, although car park was small so maybe I was lucky to get a space. Desk staff very helpful, even lending me a plug adaptor since I had forgotten to bring mine! Highly recommended for a short stay in Bangkok.

Modern and clean, walking distance from Khao San road, really friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely little garden area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The only little issue was that we stayed there for 9 days and we didn’t have our room cleaned during this time. Probably we should have asked for that, it was a bit unusual tho. Otherwise everything was great.

Location and value are excellent. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and some rooms have been fully renovated (but these rooms are more expensive).

There is no lift in the building, so you have to carry your luggage up on the stairs ( there are 4 floors in total). The rooms are not totally sound proof, there can be noise nuisance from neighbours and the customers tend to bang the door when they come in and out.

It was a very comfortable stay, the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, I felt safe and sound at all times. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very quiet and small street though it is a little far to travel only by foot to the main attractions of the city.

The bathroom had some minor issues that for example allowed ants inside the room.
