Overall, this is a good option for transit. Big rooms, comfortable beds and the staff was quite nice. On our first room, we couldnt close the window, but they tried their best solving the issue pretty quick.

Even though the hotel is nice, there was a cigarette smell everywhere. That could be an issue for non-smokers like me.

Very good hotel, good wifi and good breakfast. We had a double bed and single bed in a room very big. Toilets are very clean with walk in shower big. I highly recomand this hotel 10+, for the value of 4* hotel. PS. parking place available in the front of hotel free.

Struggle few minutes to get there. A lot of civil works around the location.

Nice comfortable business hotel close to the Gebze marmaray train station (20' by foot) and close to the city center (20' also). Restaurants and small shops near by, convenient place for a week stay in Gebze, I always appreciated to find someone at the front desk to help for support. Hotel offers free sauna.

Noisy busy road and construction in front of the hotel, rooms that are facing the road are not really quiet, prefer the room from the other side of the hotel.

the rooms were really nice and the building was absolutely sparkling clean, it smelt lovely . the staff go above and beyond for you. I asked for a balcony and they changed me straight away , they brought outside deliveries to my room and they were so polite and friendly. they ordered taxis for me and explained to the taxi man where I was going which was great .

the Wi-Fi dips in and out which is a little frustrating when you’ve no data roaming

Great hotel in Gebze! Very friendly staff, excellent location on what is going to be a metro stop in a year or so. Close to the highway and some excellent restaurants in the area. Highly recommended! Parking is easy and the front desk staff are excellent@

On the higher floors the Wi-Fi was with bad coverage.

It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was very good and cooperative. The manager Mr Rasul had a very good sense of humour and was very welcoming. The serving staff in breakfast were very good and the quality of the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were tidy and in order. I would like to again book in the same hotel when I visit Istanbul. I was content with the services of the hotel.

Clean, friendly personnel, good breakfast, room quiet & big with nice view over the area. Even the parking is a bit narrow for us it was ok Location is in the city with good access to the highway

It was a bit tricky to find it, but this was more the fault of the waze because the hotel is well located with easy access to the main streets and highway .

The breakfast was pretty good-all you can eat. The personal was very friendly, they speak English. Very helpful, good people! There is an outdoor and an indoor parking for your car. Buss stop is right next to the hotel. There are couple of hospitals just 1-2 minutes away by foot (if you ever need one).

The window's noise isolation could be better. The hotel is right next to a very busy street and you can hear most of the traffic even with a closed window.

Location is central. Hotel is modern, clean. Rooms are comfortable, bed was heaven. . I was alone and they upgraded me to best room which was very nice gesture for their side. Staff at reception was lovely. Very kind and helpful breakfast is also great. I highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again happily. Great hotel for good value.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing for a 4 star hotel - no yogurt, no fruits, no scrambled eggs. The internet access was at the bare minimum for email and voice. Also, my room was on the 10th floor and there was some annoying noise even during the night. A bit noisy.
