breakfast was poor, staff very rude specially the Manager (Mart) and all receptionist disrespectful Except Mr. Park. one negative point also I gave my things for washing ( jeans, T. shirt, socks) they returned all things except socks it’s lost.

The hotel was centrally located and easy walking distance to multiple shopping and the waterfront. The rooms were nice, spacious, and very clean. The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. We really enjoyed the hotel stay. We stayed in family suite, which had the two bedroom, two bathrooms, and a living room.

We drove and, at times, the parking situation was difficult and took some getting used to. There is a parking lot offsite, but it was a dance to get our car there with both directions of traffic sharing a one-lane alley. Nevertheless, the staff was very accommodating in helping us navigate it. It was uncomfortable to have to leave our key with the front desk or the parking attendant, but nothing bad happened to the rental car.

New hotel with new furniture. Very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent in the center next to the sea. The breakfast was good.

The view of the room was awful. To the alley and mosque! The price was too much in comparison with other hotels. My expectation was more with this price. The view of the room made me disappointed! There were 2-3 very small flies and insects in the room and the bathroom. They called me at 11:57 for check-out. I wouldn’t say I liked this. They knew that I check out at noon. It was more polite if they could wait a few minutes after check out time to call the customers!!

Amazing location right in the center of Yalova and along the canal. So walkable! Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi to a wedding venue and to the bus station. Hotel was very clean and updated. Room was large with a balcony (room 402). Very comfortable bed. Great shower with nice toiletries. A great stay. We were only in town for a wedding so we only stayed one night. Wish we had more time to use the spa services.

The hotel sits beautifully on the intersection of the canal and the seaside. It is a short and easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants, the ferry terminal, and everything the seaside boulevard has to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and immediately responded to and fixed a problem with our room, which was impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you for everything.

Everything was amazing, starting from the reception, I think his name Ali my cross fit friend he was so polite and gentleman and the girl in reception she was so professional but I’m sorry I forgot her name , I booked family suit was so comfortable, location is the best in Yalova , for sure this hotel will be always my choice in this area .

The hotel is small, but it may compete with the 5-star international hotels because of the quality of service and the cooperation of the team, the size and cleanliness of the room, the free services that you find in the room such as water, shaving tools, dental cleaning tools and shoe cleaning tools 😊

The breakfast was disappointing 😔..there was no buffet and the free breakfast was very simple (samples) which made me buy breakfast from the menu but the good news is that the price of breakfast was rather cheap Note to the hotel.. the room corridors lighting was very weak. needs improvement

I've stayed at Mirart for one week, have to say that it exceeded my expectations, especially staff, and the cleanness, great location, just a couple of things may be more varieties for breakfast. The spa was spotless and relaxing however the Hammam was cold I think the masseuse should've prepared it beforehand otherwise massage itself was quite good, I would definitely recommend it! Extra star to all staff, willing to help, speak English, thank you all for your hard work!

Fantastic Location, with everything in walking distance. It's great for first timers who wish to experience the "city center" of Yalova. Parking facilities are a breeze. Room was big, spacious and clean, with a nice view. Every hotel staff was friendly and attentive to your needs.

Breakfast provided in booking wasn't fantastic. It was very basic and perhaps not the best for kids. There was however, the option to purchase alacarte to compliment your breakfast however. Otherwise, plenty plenty of cafés nearby for more breakfast options.

Lactation Very good
