Hyatt House Gebze

Location is good. The room is bigger with everything. All necessary things are available like fridge, Microwave oven, Iron with stand, TV etc.

You can't control the ambient temperature of the room. Although there is a thermostat to control the temperature but it wasn't working. It was very warm inside. You need to open the window to get fresh air inside and cool the room. Secondly, the drain of the sink was chocked. Even if you open the tap very little, water starts filling into the sink. Thirdly, the pillows were not comfortable. There should be foamed pillows.

The staff are polite and helpful, the breakfast offers a fantastic range of food, with a coffee machine for caffeine lovers. The hotel is right next to the plaza which is great for families with children, as there is a play centre and mini theme park in the centre. The rooms were luxurious and spacious. With a large kitchen area and balcony, which was perfect for our after tour pit stop location.

We tried the dinner at the restaurant on our first night it was passable, I’m not sure if they just had a bad night but one dish was delayed and others were not hot. The breakfast is amazing so maybe just an off night for them.

Everything was good. The curtains was not so much clean. But except this everything else was fine. Great location next to Institute of Meteorology. Next to Gebze Center Mall. I was there for 3 days but I guess after a week breakfast will look too much boring. Breakfast should be more versatile.

I found the curtain next to balcony wasn't clean. The sound isolation is not so good. I heard too good the TV when my neighbor watched it. For one which hates the cigar smoke it isn't good because hotel allows the smoking in balcony. As for me the smoking should be forbidden in the whole area of the hotel. Thanks God no one wasn't smoked in the balcony next to mine.

Location is great, in Gebze attached to a mall, 5min taxi drive from Gebze Metro Station which takes you straight to Sirkeci. Also, 20 min from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The room is very comfortable, spacious and enough for a family of 4. Nice Gym, Indoor Pool and Games Room. Breakfast is adequate as well. Overall, a great hotel to stay at and great value for money. The best part of the Hotel is the Staff, they are brilliant.

Excellent, clean, modern hotel with free breakfast and parking next to a large shopping centre. We stayed here whilst visiting Istanbul. The hotel is 25 minutes from SAW airport and has good transport links for exploring the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good.

I loved everything ! Customer service is excellent. If you need anything just speak to the guys in reception and the bar. Semih, Chef Emir, Aykut and Mehmet were amazing and always had lots of recommendations and a big smile for us! You won't regret staying here ! Place is better than the pictures, very spacious and extremely clean. Housekeeping team are always there making sure you have a fresh room. We'll be going back soon!

Very nice hotel for a good price. Friendly staff, big and clean rooms with all the utilities that you would need for a pleasant stay. Location is great as it's close to the center of Gebze and right next to the shopping mall.

The foldable bed was not comfortable as it was curved on the back. Also the breakfast is not the best in the class, but it's ok for the price.

Staff was very attentive and tried their best accommodate us as a large team. That was really what stood out most. In general the hotel is comfortable and homey. Some rooms come with amazing views. The balconies are so big and spacious and having kitchen was a great help since we had a long 10 day stay there.

House keeping had some issues. It was very inconsistent. Mostly on the bad side. Only once we got a good clean from this certain lady but she never came again. The House keeping manager however was very cordial and attentive and tried his best but the cleaners certainly need more training.

great, large,clean rooms excellent breakfast helpful staff they did me a great favor and upgraded my room for free and brought me complementary fruits for that overall great stay

nothing that ruins the stay they don’t have vallet or bellboy, but their parking is easy accessed and some employees even helped with my bags while not really their job (thanks a lot!) I’m just mentioning these things for someone who might have a big family for example and would not be able to take care of his bags (you might want to consider this (nothing was wrong with my stay)

Spacious room, magnificent view, great staff and well equipped with all the living needs. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The availability of parking was the best thing. Being next to the AVM Center was the bonus I didn't know about.

Food! One of the things you hear about Turkey is their breakfast, and the breakfast at the hotel was not what I was hoping for. It could improve a lot. Although most of the staff at breakfast were very accommodating, that could be better by improving the breakfast itself.
