Hilton Garden Inn Yalova

There is a vast improvement in the following areas : staff, food, cleanliness, management and laundry. The staff is a lot more friendlier and they spoke better English, food quality was much better, housekeepers were doing such a great job to keep our room so clean and fresh, laundry service improved and the management was so great. People who really left great impression are : Dilan, Sude, Onur, Sena, Akin, Hafize, Gulin, Mourat, short blond girl that works at the reception in the gym/spa area and two tall guys with dark hair that were helping with luggages and making sure that public areas of hotel were nice and clean - unfortunately we didn’t get their names.

The hotel is very comfortable and food was great. The staff was very nice. The restaurant is very good and not expensive. The best restaurant in Yalova is Tike. But it does not worth this money. On the street Istanbul you can find some small fish shop that is also fish restaurant. Very cheap and crazy tasty! It is somewere in the end of the Istanbul street, on the lef side. Enjoy!)

The location, location and location. For some reason, Hilton decided to build their hotel in nowere - near the central road, in industrial zone. The hotel staff even did not know the other way to get in places, only taxi, which is super expensive for some reason. Don't order taxi through the hotel desk! It will cost you twice! To Yalova you can come - not on the road. It is very dangerous. Just put google maps and you will see that there is a way through the nearstanding village. Qick walk takes about 10 minutes to get to Yalova. Then you can take buses to every place from the center of Yalova. The road is so loud that you cannot open windows....

Excellence from the 1st minute and from the 1st step into the HOTEL. Professionalism of the staff and rapidness of CHECK-IN surprised me... It nearly took them 2-minutes to provide me with the key and WELCOME to my room. The hotel is located in quite area and close proximity to YALOVA center. It is easy to reach FISH MARKET, STAR MALL and other facilities. Having stayed 8-days in the hotel allowed me to feel relaxed. Special appreciation to: - ROOM SERVICE Team who supported me a lot with my personal requirements in-time and without any delay. - RECEPTION Team who helped me 24/7 to resolve number of my requirements In particular, I would like to mention efficiency of: - SN. TUGCE KHANIM - SN. SEDDAR BEY - SN. SERKAN BEY - SN.DENIZ KHANIM - SN. GULSUN KHANIM - SN. SEMRA KHANIM - SN. BURKHAN BEY Needless to say that the quality of the hotel is not determined only by SERVICED IN TIME but also ability to resolve any operational inconvenience and the HOTEL has demonstrated not only HIGH QUALITY but also MEET THE CUSTOMER NEEDS exercise to the best possible level

First of the all the staff of hotel was amazing so friendly and always keep you happy specially Mr Gruz, Mrs Iren from the reception and Mrs Grlin for the coffee shopand her colleague , the hotel verry clean and the location is excellent. Thank you guys you make my holiday perfect

The staff all of them are excellent and well oriented to customers svs.

The staff especially the bartender was very pleasant and happy to let you enjoy your use of the facility’s. Also front desk staff are very helpful and supportive. I have to thank a housekeeper Ms Yassmenah was very helpful and doing her best.

Very helpful the staff, specially Mr. Sami. Hotel is very clean, quite, nice breakfast. Wonderful staff/team in the morning for the breakfast. Location is good for me I have a car and there is free parking in the hotel. Very nice team in the entrance gate of the hotel. Every thing was good. Sure next visit to yalova I will be at the same hotel.

I expected full toiletries as a 5-star hotel, but there were only slippers and shampoos. other things are provided at your request but I didn't feel comfortable with that.
