the hotel theme and style is amazing very clean- the staff are very sweet especially “Marih” who has arranged for us to have a great room when we saw there was no connected rooms at the check in. The food in the breakfast was good and the location is convenient. There was also a very sweet employee in the night shift who was very kind to our kids and kept getting them small gifts! :) Room service was very quick.

the tram sound was loud and there was construction noise from the buildings near us. I wouldn’t recommend the place for kids because it is right at the main road and the tram and cars are speeding. There is no drop off and pick up space because of it and not enough staff to help at entrance. Also, one time the ac didn’t work very well and then they instantly fixed it.

Very clean and comfortable stay :) The location is great - walkable distance to galata tower area and the karakoy waterfront! Lots of nice restaurants nearby and the restaurant on the rooftop was really nice! Its only a short drive to the mosques, topkapi Palace, dolmabahce Palace etc. And we walked across the bridge to see the markets which again was very close! The perfect location! Some reviews say the room is small but I'm not sure how much space people are expecting in a 2 person double room.. space suited us just fine, didnt feel cramped at all! Lots of wardrobe space and a lovely bathroom! Mini fridge was well stocked and they bought some yummy chocolate souffles up to my room late at night haha

They need a full length mirror in the rooms, but otherwise no complaints! I think it would be great if they properly opened up the rooftop as a proper restaurant in the evening as thr food was great and its a really nice vibe.

It was very good experience in this hotel. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast and friendly stuff. Location of the hotel is really convenient for both taxis and walking. Thanks Adam for his help with our taxi to the airport. I like this hotel!

It was a little noisy from the tram and tram tracks. But if I compare with another hotel the noise was not strong.

I stayed on 4th floor and when the tram or train passes the hotel was shaking, very loud noise sound. there is no sound proof. this was the only bad thing.

Awesome little hotel! Very well appointed, even had a lovely familiar smell about the place. Staff were very helpful, especially the Bus Boy & Bar Manager who organised a breakfast bag for us each when we had an extra early departure time for a day tour we did. Room was lovely & clean & quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable & the shower clean with great water pressure. We will be staying here again when we come back to Istanbul in the future. Can’t speak to the location though as we were only there for 2 nights & did not get the chance to explore the city. There is a pharmacy, bottle shop & restaurants close by though.

Reception manager was very professional and helpful . I reserved two rooms at non refundable rate. Due to last minute changes one room had to be canceled. Refund was done quickly on the spot. Two thumbs up. Very clean rooms and hotel. Very good price to value ratio. Location is good right near old bridge.

A noisy while cleaning may be due to unsuffitient sound insulation.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good! Erhan & Merih are just the best team out there. Overall a very well designed and beautiful interior remodeling done to thus boutique hotel, which is 150 years old and was a hospital up until 10 years ago.

They can certainly be more generous about giving extra complimentary water bottles in the room :) A water kettle would be most helpful! We had to keep ordering hot water for our tea.
