The staff were friendly and always ready to help. They always gave me ideas where to.go once I did all the tourist attractions. The rooms were cozy and comfortable

Only thing was that the bathroom probably needed some repair but everything worked. Hot water was always available the showers were nice and strong.

The hotel is located in a historical area close to everything. Rooms are small but convenient. The employees are polite and friendly, this is an important detail. Cleanliness should be improved a bit, rooms should be cleaned every day. They helped us throughout our stay. It is worthy of Istanbul.

Small room

The location is very good, it is right next to the Galata tower and close to several means of transport, but the hotel staff are the wealth of this hotel, very professional, friendly and attentive.

the cleanliness of the hotel was not the best, I stayed at a time when they were under construction so the smell of paint and the noise was frequent. but nothing that changed the friendly reception of the staff, so everything else didn't matter.

The property is at a prime location just a short stroll to Galata Tower. Very nice clean rooms and excellent cooperative staff. The reception manager Sinan is very cooperative and recommended excellent places to visit in 2 days I had. I highly recommend this hotel.

quiet location near Galata, big room, value for money

the hotel is a bit tired, rooms need to be refurbished. the street is very narrow, so taxis usually can’t come to the hotel itself. if you have a heavy luggage note that you will have to walk a while

staffs were very friendly. we checked in earlier. also they let us to choose the room.

there was no lift. stairs sound in the room.

I was happy with this booking as it was a getaway deal that reduced the price. As a result, the stay was really good value for money. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff (24 hour reception), who informed us that we were getting an upgrade. I liked that the staff took the time to chat with us each day. The room was stylish and well-furnished, and the bed was very comfy! The hotel is conveniently located near the Galata Tower, with a metro station nearby. We were able to leave our luggage there on the day of checkout and pick it up for our evening flight.

The hotel is a cute boutique hotel. It's very close to everywhere. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Thank you for the understanding attitude of the hotel manager. We can come back again.

By Murat Royal Hotel Galata is located at the heart of Istanbul, 2 min away from famous Galata Tower, you have a metro, tram station, super markets restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and provided me with useful tips to get around the city. What I really liked that was, they really took the time and checked in with me couple of times during my stay. Great location of the hotel, in a perfect area to enjoy cafes, historic places, cool . The staff were excellent, friendly and kind, helping us with everything and even organizing the transfer to the airport. the bed was super comfortable. great value for money.
