I can choose this hotel for its staff. They are very good. But the hotel is neglected.

Soundproofing is bad, all the music sounds in the room.Breakfast erratic,Air conditioner does not cool well.

It was an amazing stay - Staff was super nice n helpful, location was awesome n the tram is a 2mins walk from the hotel...the area is very nice

Its noisy for someone who can only sleep in quietness. Also breakfast is not good but starbucks is less than a minute away so it was not an issue

Our room was so quiet that we sometimes even opened the windows to hear the street noise )))) There was nothing to upset me! Hi! I apologise for the delayed review after returning from holiday. I am delighted with the smooth running of the staff, very helpful and friendly people working in this hotel. I have so many positive emotions that I can't thank them all enough. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

In room ( 303) the downstairs shower does not work and the water in the sink does not drain very well. But I hope this has been fixed by now. Otherwise everything is ok!

Great location close to lots of bars and restaurants, and close to Galetta Bridge and tram stops to access the main sites. The split level family room worked really well for us as we were able to stay in the same room but have a bit of privacy. Good varied breakfast

The bathroom was very compact given how big the room was, and the shower didn’t drain very well so we flooded the bathroom several times. Given the room looks out on another hotel at high level, it would be better to have something at the window for privacy rather than having the heavy curtains closed all the time.

You can choose this hotel because of its location and staff. The hotel manager and staff are very good and helpful.

The maintenance of such a beautiful building seems really bad. There is no technical service. I am writing in detail. If you have the windows made, there will be no sound in this room. There is definitely a problem with the plumbing. Water is coming into the room. There is a lot to be said about decoration, but it is certain that the company that did this job at that time did not understand business. Hotel management or building owners can handle anything with little expense.

- the interior of the room, cozy ambiance - the staff (specially Mr Haluk) - the location ( no ups and downs like in most of Istanbul; next to the tram station : you can easily reach taksim or malls or old city; near the bosphor if you like sitting at the shore)

-To keep the standards at the highest level, you have to improve housekeeping: regular training and surveillance must be provided. - The breakfast is fair but i recommend adding some specialty every morning since you have a good taste ( I can’t forget how tasty are the baklava you make and buy in your shop) - i just wish if you had a sea view balcony, maybe it will be great to build more floors

Excellent location and value for money. we stayed at the radisson blu and were disgusted by our stay there, for half the price and a much better location right next to galataport you must try the total Tophane hotel

Despite arriving late, the staff at the Istanbul hotel were incredibly accommodating and made sure we were able to check in smoothly. The room we stayed in was quite nice, with comfortable beds and modern amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience at the Istanbul hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Our stay at the Istanbul hotel was practically flawless - we couldn't have asked for anything better. The price for our stay was incredibly affordable, especially considering the high level of service we received. The only minor issue we encountered was the noise from the street outside in the morning, but it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, you have everything close by - especially public transportation options which make it so easy to get to any part of istanbul. The building itself is unique and very intimate. The rooms we got were clean and beautiful - it can get a lot noisy especially on weekends if you room is overlooking the street - but I personally didn't mind it. My parents though had a problem with the noise and got an immediate help from the staff - they got a room on the other quieter side of the place. The staff we're so nice and helpful and were always around to help.
