Almina Hotel - Special Class0

For sure we loved the welcome received. The staff was super friendly and provided us with very uselful info of the surrounding area with opening times and so on. The position of the facility is incredibly centered and close to everything. We have found amazing places where to eat and smoke narghilè. Overall, the experience was very very good. We strongly recommend the place.

The room was generally clean, but we noticed some items belonging to other guests under the bed, in the shower and on the light of the sink. Maybe some more attention to these things would improve by a lot the experience of the customers.

Staff are very welcoming and hospitable. All staff will go out of their way to ensure we have a good time at the hotel. We stayed in the suite and the room was perfect size for four of us. We also had a good sea view. Staff at reception were always here to help out and answered any questions we had. if we did have a problem, they would be the first to sort it out. The housekeeping staff always kept everything so clean and tidy! Everyday we would come back to such a beautifully organised room! Hotel is situated in perfect location, 10 minute walk to grand bazaar, 1 minute walk to local restaurants and shops.

I am more than happy that we stayed here. The rooms are impecable, comfortable beds, clean and nice bed clothes and towels. My favorite part was the delicious and varied breakfast (fruit, pastries, cheese, eggs, soup) with an amazing view of the Bosphorus with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. My second favorite part was the staff. Very polite and respectful people, whiling to help and always with good energy. The guys from the restaurant Fevzi and Mahmut were great, even it was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us with a cake, so sweet and a really nice touch. The location is also very convenient, you can walk to all the touristic places, Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, Topaki Palace, Cistern Basilica. Thank you Almina Hotel, I completely recommend this place.

location, staff, breakfast and cleanliness

Noise from adjacent rooms, street and water running on pipes through the wall very very disturbing. The only thing which we don’t like during our stay.

Everything was perfect and especially the staff.

Location is best. There is scenic view of the ocean and on other hand it's just few steps away from Blue Mosque. Staff is so cooperative and hotel is very clean. So much included in delicious breakfast. Wifi was also great. It looks all same nothing is hidden.

My Room doesn't have a view where as I booked after doing specific mention.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was great.. easy for walking to main attractions. Also a nice terrace for breakfast.

Our room was on the road side so very nosy in the evenings. Also, the shower was very small so a little challenging for tall people.

I came to Almina hotel with my mum for 12 days. I had a surgery so we were staying in the room quite a lot. The location of the hotel is perfect, breakfasts are really nice and the terrace is fantastic! What I liked the most about this hotel was absolutely professional, kind and helpful staff! The guys and the lady at the reception were so lovely, also the waiters were very kind and helpful too! After my surgery I needed ice, so one of the waiters was bringing it to our room whenever we needed it and he would always stop by to bring more ice before his shift was finishing - thank you!!!! :)

There was a problem with air-conditioning in the first room in which we were placed. it didn’t really work well. We informed the staff about the issue and they quickly moved us to another room.

The room looked different on the photos, though not bad, but windows are overlooking the opposite building's wall, the bathroom should be renovated
