The staff was amaaaazing!! They are super friendly and always there to help, there is a coffee machine where you can always take coffee or hot chocolate as much as you want. The location is really good, we almost only walked on foot everywhere. The room is cozy and nice.

The cleaning of the room included just changing the towels and throwing out the trash, nothing else. BUT the cleaning crew was external and they were super friendly, so if you talked to them, I’m sure they would do more. Also, as it is an old building, like every building in the neighbourhood, the walls are thin so you could hear people waking or talking in the hallway.

Nice style and decorations. Very good staff and service. Rich breakfast.

No garbage basket in room, only in toilet. Telephone was not working. Wifi has some issues.

We really liked this hotel as it is in a perfect location the blue mosque and ayasofia are really close, there are plenty of shops around aswell. The hospitality was great especially from qadir he was always eager to help us for anything we needed and even suggested things to do whilst we were staying there which made the experience even better. We also really enjoyed the nescafe machine which was available all the time. The view from our hotel room was amazing as we could see the blue mosque, i also really liked the style of the hotel as it was antique.

The location was excellent - so near local attractions and so easy to get whatever you needed. The staff are all also extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to lend a hand where needed!

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the closest tram stop (Sultan Ahmet), in a beautiful historical building, with a lovely patio and price-wise quite comfortable and spacious room. There was always tea, coffee and water available, which is much appreciated in summer in Istanbul. The fact that the bed was quite spacious was my favourite feature.

During our stay they sort of managed to clean the room once (partly cause we we sleeping in). I would strongly recommend using door tags so that they don't bother guests by knocking in the morning.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sultanahmet, the historic Peninsula of Istanbul. You can reach it out, coming from Istanbul Airport with taxi (transfer around 40 €), booked in advance, or by public transport (the new Metro line, combined with other transportation; Havaist bus line till Taksim or Aksaray and T1 tram line etc). The hotel is very boutique-like decorated and very confy. The rooms (except the Economy one) are rather bigger than the standard from the Sultanahmet aria. Even though there is no lift (because it is an old mansion, in fact), the staff is very helpful with the luggage (especially Mr. Bayram). The restaurant from the ground floor is nicely decorated. Breakfast is basic, but ok. As guests, we have access all day long to a coffee machine. Air conditioning is heating/cooling great. They have satellite TV. Also they have a very nice outdoor space, a beautiful garden with lots of flowers. The staff is nice and helpful with the information and support. Near the hotel, you can find lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and Arasta Bazar, in 5 walking minutes, you can reach Sultanahmet Square, Topkapi Palace, The Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, the shoreline of Marmara Sea etc. Our vacation was great!

Good selection of breakfast items, served with a smile, plenty on offer. Very good location, overlooking the Blue mosque, lots of restaurants, small shops and the souk very close. Near to tram station. Very traditional, with a fabric and dress museum on the landings, which was very interesting. Nice decor, bright breakfast conservatory. staff very helpful .

I was on the top floor, 4th floor up a winding staircase, but it was a traditional building without a lift. the staff did carry my bags up and down though, but it was a bit of a climb, and not suitable for people with mobility issues on the top floors.

They were very welcoming and helpful. Friendly and Polite. I liked the old aristocratic architechture. Felt like a "Bey". Both the standart and the suite were perfect. The suite had sea view and had a hydromasage.

Staff was helpful and the location is central to the an older area. The property was inexpensive which was what we needed for just the one night stay for less than 12 hours. We got by. We got what we expected.
