Super friendly and helpful staff (most of all Miss Hülya). Closeness to Taksim area (500m). No loud noises (calm atmosphere).
Internet speed very poor. Bathroom needs more attention (new paint). Hotel is on a hill, can be slippery in winter. No open buffet (almost same items everyday, sometimes without any kind of meat).

The flat itself, was fully equipped and clean. We rented the biggest flat which is a three bedroom flat with big hall.
the AC was not adequate according to the given hall size. In addition, the curtains in the bedrooms were not heavy enough.
