Fatih was very considerate of our needs and he provided whatever we asked for, I visited Istanbul to see my elderly wheelchair-bound grandmother, and it was difficult to find a good affordable place quite central in Taksim, initially we made a booking for a suite but Fatih managed to give us two separate rooms so my granmother had the toilet which was for wheelchair and also there was no step, he also helped with wheelchair and put a ramp at the entrance of the building. He also helped me in finding an affordable laundry, market and pizza places... This is a key if you have helpful hotel staff then your journey would be easier. Breakfast was really good and fresh affordable depending on your choice, worth even just paying at the site no need to pay beforehands during your booking.

Just a bit noisy from the suite on Friday night as it was a football match, not much to say it was negative, overall we had a pleasent experience and I would recommend Juno hotel to someone else! Please be aware of taxis in Taksim!!!! They are majority scammers DO NOT go with any fixed prices, find out what prices are online using taxi calculator, use the taxi app or ask hotel to get you a taxi.. we had a taxi driver who was really rude and left us halfway through.. this happened twice to us so don't trust any of the taxi drivers which is a shame, instead of being welcoming and try to leave a good memory for a tourist they literally want to rip you off and insult your intelligence...

The location of the hotel is perfect to view the sunrise with hot air balloons up in the air.

Location is really great, in the heart of Taksim but in a side street so it was unexpectedly quiet which we really liked. The room was as on the photos, clean and spacious with very comfortable bed. Bathroom was really big and clean.

Hotel has a lot of potential but few things seek for improvement. Breakfast was poor and pre made which is not what we are used to get when we are in Istanbul and this was our 9th visit. From time to time there was some intensive, really unpleasant odor in the room and bathroom so we guess it has something to do with ventilation or drains. Staff need more trainings for sure as at some occasions they seemed a bit lost and uninterested.

The room and location was great. Room spacious clean and very comfortable. The price was great. Location perfect for all restaurants and bars in Taksim, main street and great shopping all few minutes walk away, also taxi, tram and buses few minutes away. The night time staff was very helpful, we arrived late and he ordered us some takeaway food and drinks including beers to be delivered to our hotel. The only negative was that there was no breakfast as advertised but this was not an issue with so many fantastic places to eat nearby. Also no balcony for our room which we booked but again the room was great for the price. We would recommend staying here. Thank you

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Taksim square and the exciting pedestrian district with loads of shops, restaurants and people! My room had a good view over the neighborhood and the room in general was large enough for me and the room and bathroom were comfortable and well equipped. The night staff was extremely pleasant and helpful!

In general, everything was fine. There was a problem with the hotel payment at check-in from my credit card because the machine wouldn't accept a euro card at first, but it worked itself out by the end. The hotel is on a narrow road near Taksim square. I wouldn't attempt to drive and park there unless you are a native Istanbulite or love road challenges!

I had a large spacious room at the top floor (8th floor). The bed was large and the mattress was high quality. Excellent hotel for rest and relaxation. I had a wonderful view of city + partial view of the Bosphorus! Very beautiful. The hotel location is superb. Directly located where all the action is just a stones throw from Taksim square - but just far enough from the noise. I think the walls were sound proof becuase I couldn’t hear a peep from outside - absolutely wonderful. Very clean and renovated looking. Nice amenities and the breakfast in The morning was perfect. I stayed here with my lover for 9 days and each day the quality of everything was consistently amazing. 10/10

There was a room above mine - the penthouse suite. That would be the only thing better than my room. Thank you !

location & staff

that was my second stay in Juno hotel. i was shocked to know that the top roof restaurant with view was closed & transferred to the basement !!! plus there was no more open buffet. i spent 5 days having the same breakfast every day which was boring & unexpected

the view from the breakfast floor is beautiful and the rooms are good and clean. the location is really perfect and easy to find. the staff did their best to help us.very kind.

the fact that booking.com charged us way more than the real price of the hotel.vey disappointed.

Everything was amazing in this hotel. We stayed from 25 November till 3 December. I will summarize all the positive points I got to see in this hotel: - 2 Mns walking from Taksim Metro Station, the best location that anyone can wish for. - Staff are really amazing, from the manager, to the receptionists, the kitchen staff, they are all adorable, smiling all day long, ready to support in any matter needed. - Shower is perfect. - We got the chance to try the suite in the Fifth Floor for two (2) nights. The view over there is exceptional! The terrace is all what you need when you get up in the early morning. - Room & Toilet are very clean. - Bed & Pillows are comfortable. - Lighting inside the room is perfect. Few hotel especially in Taksim have this kind of lighting that enters the room. Overall, I will for sure stay again and again in Juno, and will recommend it for my friends & family.

These are very minor things that I wish they can update for even better and better reviews: - AC in Deluxe Room is central, you can't adjust it the way you want. - Breakfast is good, not perfect but I would say good.
