strategic location, near to supermarket and taksim square, staff is friendly and beds are clean! toilet is clean and good.
the hotel is situated on a slope so if you got a lot luggages might want to re consider. But Istanbul is full of uphill and slopes, so come and experience it!

The location is great, 3mins walk to Taksim and istiklal street
Rooms are a bit small, if you have many luggage i would suggest you book a bigger room, also breakfast could do better

The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, Mr. Osman, Mr. Haroon and Mr. Mehmet, the receptionists were wonderful! They were there for anything we needed. Very polite, nice, friendly and helpful. I had surgery and couldn't walk properly, they helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast was very good. The kind and friendly lady who worked in the kitchen cooked delicious food for breakfast every day. Even the lady in charge of cleaning the rooms was very kind and well behaved. The location of the hotel was amazing, the price was very reasonable and I will definitely return to this hotel again.
Sometimes, when we were sitting in front of the hotel area, we could smell a bad smell, which I think was related to the historical monument near the hotel, which had an annoying smell of humidity.

a night club is close by and plays loud music late into the night. The location is close to Taksim square but you have climb a steep slope that might leave you breathless to get there.

The location of the hotel is amazing and you can easily reach the Istiklal st. And taksim square. Therefore you are also really close to different types of transportation. The staff was amazing and very friendly they helped us to the best of their ability with a smile on their face. The cleanness of the hotel was really good.
The rooms are really small and you can only count on the hotel as a place to sleep.
