This hotel is located in central Kadiköy which gives easy access to the public transportation and all attractions. Friendly and helpful staff made our weekend more comfortable.

The only reason I chose this hotel cause sound proof rooms. They are not! I couldn't sleep until the club, near the hotel closed around 3am. If you're light sleeper I do not recommend this accommodation.

The location is great, the area is amazing, has everything you need. The staff is the best! Hassan is very helpfull, anything you need he will help you. I would totally come back again! The breakfast is delicious!

Kadyköy, Moda is a wonderful area where to stay...full of people, restaurants and shops...despite of that the hotel is in an acceptable quite position...very clean and staff very kind...

Breakfast is typically Turkish....a bit of more variety with more continental choice it would be better...they serve always the same tray indifferently if you sit alone or two people at the table...in fact we asked for two omelette (the day before was only one that we shared) but due to the limited space of the table they insisted for only one...

The Perfect spot to enjoy Istanbul. In the Asian side, but directly across the famous places. A 5 minute walk to Kafidoy harbour takes you to a 10 minute beautiful ferry trip across Bosporus directly at the basaar, and with a 10minute tram to the Hagia, Topkapi etc or a nice walk. Our daily ferry trip for 40 eurocents.., we absolutely loved it ! Hotel is clean, airco, good breakfast, nice staff. You can eat and drink in so many places around it at good prices.

Istanbul is a busy city, ferry trip and Topkapi park was a good relaxed moment

Over the years, I have visited many hotels throughout Europe and the world, and I can say that I have rarely been as impressed as I was with La Vita Suites. The hotel is ideally located in Kadikoy. It provides an ideal combination of peace and the opportunity to have fun in the countless bars in the neighborhood. The hotel is more than tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day. In the ten days we spent here, I have no complaints. And finally, I want to say a big thank you to our receptionists, Jusuf, Amed and Hasan, who, despite the language barrier, made our stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible. We will be back next year.

location, close to everything, local breakfast / feel like home with family

Depends who you are, but since it is right in the middle of all the shops, you might feel the place has noises around at night. but in my case I liked it

Very beautiful, sparkling clean, nice hotel with valuable price! Exellent location and awesome staff, every day cleaning, breakfast is the same every day, but for a short stay, it is really good. Breakfast is till 11 AM wich is really comfortable for morning sleep lovers. Just two steps and you are in the heart of bars and restaurants, also metro and bus. 8-10 minutes walking to the marmaray and you can go to Europian side. Wifi works well.

I liked the service, the staff is welcoming and always smiling The pictures on the site are 100% accurate the rooms are nice and clean the location of this hotel is perfect, you are a few minutes away of restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, Kadikoy ferry terminal are 5 minutes walking and is an easy way to access Istanbul across the Bosporus

to be honest i have no critics, just a improving point, to provide some English lessons to the personnel, that would improve the customer experience, however please do not take it wrong even with communication issues the personnel in general is excellent and welcoming

The hotel is new and very comfortable and well sealed from noise. Very good and comfortable. The staff are amazing and friendly and helpful.

Nothing important the breakfast area has no view but it's not a big problem it is fine.

The stay at La Vita Suites was the absolute perfect place for us. We where there for 4 days exploring Istanbul. It takes, from its location in kadiköy, about 5 min to the kadiköy boat transfer. From there you take the boat to eminönu and then you go to the tram and go to the haga sofia, blue moské and the palace. Around the area of Fathi its a bit touristic and it can be a hassle with good food for a good price so that's why when the end of your exploration for the day you take the tram and boat back to kadiköy and find a good place for food there. basically all you need for food and drinks are around the corner of the hotel, so again perfect. The hotel itself is clean and have ok beds depending on how you like your bed, these where more towards the firmer feel which is good I think. The room was cleaned once a day and also had AC. They also offer breakfast which a nice turkish lady makes with a smile on her face, which is nice. We ended up mostly recuperating at the hotel since there was so much to see and do but this as a base for all of that was excellent.

Only thing I can say is that the noise from the street at 00.00 could go through in to the room. Usually we where to tired either way so we passed out when coming home at 22.
