The hotel is in an amazing location, just across from the ferry and surrounded by countless shops and restaurants. The hotel staff are so friendly, kind and caring, from the manager to the housekeeping staff. Very helpful with everything! I requested to change my room to a quieter part of the hotel and they accommodated me immediately. Reception staff always on hand to help with any requests and super friendly to chat to. Really good breakfast was included which was also nice. Fast wifi connection too, which was great if you're working. Just a really great place!

The room itself was faultless, and the shower in particular was excellent The breakfast provided was also varied and entirely sufficient The main benefit was the location of the hotel. Close to the Metro and Ferry terminal. You can almost see the Bosphorus from the hotel. Some other reviews mentioned noise being an issue - I didn't find this to be a problem. There was a little bit of ambient noise in the evening, but this was to be expected given the location and it was fairly insignificant

Nothing was really a problem. If anything the housekeeping was too good, and moved some of the stuff around in my room when cleaning, which I actually found a bit annoying.

The location is superb. very close to the bus station and ferry terminals which made exploring Istanbul very easy. Central to all bars and restaurants. Breakfast was basic but very nice.

Very noisy early hours in the street below the hotel window. Not from revellers but early morning refuse collectors who insisted on banging bins constantly from abut 5am. The spa is basic but and not quite what we expected but was usuable although one visit was enough.

Blizu je metro, blizu je obale i sami centar je Kadikoya. Čist hotel, uredan, osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. doručuk solidan. čisti se svaki dan, posletljinu su zamjenili treći dan našeg boravka. jedna od veoma važnih stvari je da nisu začepljeni odvodi kao kod većine hotela.

iako smo dobili sobu za nepušače od ranog jutra neko puši i dim cigarete koji prolazi kroz ventilaciju vas budi i od smrada ne možete spavati. čistačice su malo glasne i vole pricati ispred vaših vrata umjesto da rade svoj posao.

Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and quite helpful. Good location for exploring the city, markets and several options for food and drinks. Very good quality of breakfast.

I didn't personally try the sport and spa facilities, but friends mentioned that they could be improved. A bit of a narrow area, that could fit only a couple of people. The street can be a bit loud in the evening.

Everything.. the location is amazing you need 2min and you'll be in the center, everything around you ,, busses, metro, ferries, scooters, shops, and restaurants. The room is big enough, clean .. and the reception staff are so kind and respectful. always smiling, never hesitate to support , there was an temporary issue in the room AC system ,, they quickly change the room to me , I really recommended, if you were single or couples this hotel is best option in Kadikoy

I just returned from a wonderful 11 night stay at the parkhouse hotel and spa. Service: front door staff were attentive, the manager made me feel right at home first day I got there. Any thing I needed or any questions I had d they were promptly answered. Rooms: I stayed in one of the suites, it was a great room. Bed was very comfortable, room was relatively large as well .My room was cleaned on a daily basis, and also was great for the price. I enjoyed the small terrace. Smart TVs in all rooms so I was able to watch Netflix If I felt like doing so. The daily freak fast was also great although not buffet style the Kitchen staff will cook eggs and then bring out a spread of breads, cheeses, jams, and fruits. Location: this location has everything by you might need. Easy to grab a taksi, closely to the metro or a ferry. So many shops and places to eat. In general location was a good selling point for me. It was a very busy location but I felt very safe.

very nice location: lots of restaurants around / close to Kadikoy pier - easy access to ferry channel to European side of the city. great and helpful staff. good rooms - clean and comfortable. prolonged my stay here.

there were some troubles with one door locks (short time alarm sounded each time I closed it) but it haven't affected my stay. pretty much - the only problem i had.

I really liked this hotel and I think it will be my new go-to for when I'm staying in Kadikoy. It's at an excellent location, modern, with nice staff that are helpful but not too overbearing. There's also an elevator here which is very nice to have, as most of the other hotels in this area at a similar price point do not have elevators and you sometimes have to walk up 4-5 flights of stairs.

The service was great all around. Amazing style and decoration. The rooms were a decent size (larger than a lot of hotel rooms in NYC). It's nice to have a coffee shop downstairs. Shower amenities were lovely, and the room is generally well-equipped. Thank good they built parkhouse by steel frame
