Volley Hotel Istanbul

Very nice hotel, the rooms were nicely laid out and had huge windows you can slide open. The one door man was AMAZING, I'm sorry I forgot his name. He helped us out alot. The people at the counter were very helpful and courteous also! It also had nice views from our window. The hotel is connected to a bunch of gyms also, volleyball was happening and soccer.

The hotel is on a hill, but oh well... not really a bad thing for us but it may be for some people.

It was a perfect location for why we came to Istanbul. We were attending a sports competition which was next to the hotel. The room was big. I liked that the fitness facilities in the basement were open to hotel guests.

I did not like that you needed to use a key to use the elevators. They only gave one key per room. This was inconvenient because my spouse and I were doing different things. We were also charged more than we had expected based on our correspondence with the hotel. The buffet was not worth the money.

caring and mindful staff, the view from the room was nice, both ferry and tv tower were in walking distance, the gym was extraordinary!!!

the Istanbul typical cigarette smoke unfortunately did not skip the hotel.

Next to Burhan Felek sport hall which was most important for us. Sinan guy very kind and helpfull!!!

matbe other facilities (resturant) is too expensive for this location / type of hotel. Guess some hospital is near and a lot of guest are going there for some tretman - nothing not to be like but better to mention in this section and in section what I do like :)

The breakfast was a spread of variety of fruits , pastries and protein. There was something for everyone no matter how picky you are.

The iphone charger they sell as original is definitely not original. It’s damageble your phone. And there not any US and UK type outlet if you have no money.

Breakfast was good.

We had a leaking pipe from the bathroom into the bedroom. It was reported to the front desk but it had not been dealt with by the time we left.

I came alone, and everybody here made my stay so much more comfortable and like home. Breakfast was good, room service and concierge staff very lovely. Zeynap was especially kind and helpful to me, thank you very much x Sj
