Noise from other rooms, cannot sleep after 6am, isolation os bad between rooms

Staff are very helpful. Location is good as well.

The room smells bad. Very old and smelly carpet and sofa. Need to be replaced.

Assalaamo alaikom, First of all i would say thanks to almost all Güneş Hotel staff, they are very amazing people Alhamdolillah, all willing to help you and provide you either with informations or serve you in a good way. For muslims like me, the mosque is just nearby Alhamdolillah, Thank you again

The only thing i didn't like or lets say was a bit exaggerating was the breakfast price, the breakfast was so delicious in both days that i had breakfast there, the staff there are very professionals

its not about i didn’t like but i wish next time, it will be better for breakfast to have more variety or even changing from day to day, i stayed for 6 nights breakfast have same menu

location was perfect for us the bed was really comfy, just perfect for us they have been clearing it every day

the floor carpet needs to be cleaned there is smell of smokers inside the room

location is good, close to metro and forum shoping mall, and migros store, staff is super friendly, brekfasat is nice, parkging is 24h secure, great hotel for work travel

too noisy from outer rooms, not very good sound insulation, but not problem for me

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Very friendly and welcoming staff, amazing breakfast with traditional Turkish food as well as European/Continental, including assortments of fruit, cereals and toast, dairy, a new traditional soup every day and many more delights between 7:30 and 10:30 AM. Service was impeccable at every level, great communication as everyone who works at the hotel speaks English. Cleaning is done daily, reception is open 24hr, they have supervised and guarded parking near the hotel and a valet. It is a great choice for smokers as well. The region around the hotel is quite Metropolitan and with seamless transportation links to the city through Metro, Rail, Taxi and Bus. You will find plenty of shops, parks and restaurants all around.

We were unfortunately unlucky enough to discover that the lazy refrigerator in our room wouldn't quite cool down as needed, but I'm sure this will not be the case for the vast majority of rooms, since it was reported as quickly resolved. I've also noticed that the double espresso is not as strong as in most places in Europe, but this is not an issue.

The location of the hotel was good, near transportation to reach any place in Istanbul, (Metro, Metro Bus, Tramway) It is also located near a small Migros The hotel is clean and they have a nice staff, which is always available to fulfill your requests

You can find many thingd to eat during the breakfast, but same menu everyday. You need to work on the breakfast's Menu and from time to time add new dishs to the menu You have to pay in order to use the Balance to wiegh your luggage

Staff made my stay feel like home away from home, they were charming, courteous and very helpful any timei needed advice

Would've loved some milk for tea in my room On arrival long flight Maybe an option for us foreigners who prefer a cup of English breakfast tea with milk Staff were awesome helping me buy some local little shop But I had flown 21 plus hours been travelling 26 I know turkish tea custom is not drunk with milk I now love Turkish tea I guess if I had of thought of it I could've have requested it So no big deal really

Excellent hotel with a great service. The staff was amazing as they were very courteous and helpful.I would like to say special thank you to the staff names which are, from Reception is Melih Bey,Ali bey and Ilayda hanim,from the house keeping Medine hanim,from Room service Osman bey and also for the concierge staff who was amazing. The hotel is well kept and beautiful. I stayed with my father in the disabled room and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who will be staying around that area. Well done
