Location was awesome, breakfast also very good. Small room, but cozy and great value for money

Wifi was really bad for the last few days (only on the first night of our stay was working good)

the location could not have been better- right at the foot of galata tower, located right next to the tram station and extremely close to taxim square. if you stay here commuting to the central part of istanbul and places like sultanahmet will be a breeze. There is a supermarket, cheap restaurants, a salon and a taxi stand walking distance from the hotel. Istanbul Modern is also very close by and the Bosphorus is just a five minute walk away. Additionally, the rooms were extremely clean and hygienic. The service was lovely, all the stuff were very helpful and we had a great time chatting to them. The reception/lobby is a great place to hang out/have a glass of wine/read/ or just watch the city go by. The breakfeast is free and also great :) Expect savouries, pastries, fresh juice, fresh eggs and a whole turkish mezze ! The restaurant at the hotel is absolutely amazing- we didn’t want to eat anywhere else! Please take my recommendation- if you want to have a great stay in Istanbul, stay here :)

snova. Good hotel in the city center, close to Galata Tower. Has an excellent location. Near the metro station on Istiklal Street, in 2 blocks there is a T1 tram stop, the route of which crosses the entire historical part of the city. Walk 10 minutes to the Galatsky bridge. The hotel itself is small with very friendly staff ready to help with any question. There is a cozy cafe downstairs. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Clean, rooms cleaned every day. The room is small but cozy and modern. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. When we return to this beautiful city, we will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

really great location, very nice and helpful staff, amazing breakfasts (I was really in love with pastries, salads and coffee) and extremely tasty food in the cafe downstairs. rooms are great and equipped with everything needed. I liked the interiors a lot. very cosy and friendly atmosphere in general

would be great to have a bit stronger shower pressure, but i assume that the building is historical and i lived on the 4th floor so probably it’s okay

Good hotel in an excellent location, close to galata tower and the istiklal street. No issue with noise at all. Special shout out to the sweetest lady at reception Mukaddes, she was very helpful.. very warm and welcoming, helped us with our luggage since no elevator and answered all our questions patiently .. thank you so much! Breakfast was very good, with lots of vegetarian options.

Only down side is that the wifi was not very good in our room, but not a huge issue as all Cafes and restaurants outside have wifi.

Breakfast was amazing, the location very close to Galata tower and 25 minutes walking from Taxim square. The room was clean and warm. The staff was very friendly

The sound insulation was really bad; we could hear exactly what the people outside/above/next to our room were talking about, each move from the upper floor was waking us up in the night. The room was smaller than what we had imagined from the photos. However, really value for money :) I think we would visit again. No view from our window, what we saw was a small indoors garden and the windows of other rooms.

Super cozy place. Great breakfast. The staff is very friendly and always greeted us and was eager to help. The room was very clean and comfortable, felt like home. The are Galata around the Hotel is very hip and I felt safe, I would say that it s the best area if you want to stay in the center of Istanbul at an affordable price. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend. Exceeded my expectations, especially at such a good price.

Wifi and signal could get a little better in some areas of the hotel, although it is understandable that it is not always in the hotels hand to do that.

1. Perfect location - next to metro and tram station. Just 2-3 minutes to Galata tower and the Istiklal street. Shops,cafes,restaurants near. 2. Very helpful stuff with excelent knowlidge of english. 2.Very delicious breakfast. Love it. 3. Good shower and clean service every day.

1. The room was without fresh air, because the window, it goes in a closed building. So it didn't make sense to open... But the air conditioning works well.

Nice hotel in very good location. Breakfast was very good with variety of different meals and sweets. No noise from the outside. Staff was very helpful and beyond nice. There was no issue with late check-in or leaving luggage in case of late departure. For early departures they can prepare breakfast to-go.

Walls between rooms were thin and if you have loud neighbours it can be a problem. Also almost all rooms have window to the patio, it is not giving you much fresh air and it can be quite dark in the morning.
