City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur Dubai

location couldnt be better 150m from the metro station 2 min both lines red and green line breakfast very good different kitchens variation very good room was very good and is value for money the staff was excellent very helpful . PADEL WAS THERE TO HELP WITH KINDNESS APPROACH

The location is just superb. Near the metro station Burjuman, there's a big shopping mall with Carrefour and the beautiful embankment in Al Seef. So if you need to stay very close to the World Trade Center, it's a very good choice. By metro it will take you 4 stations only. Also, I liked the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel (regretfully, the sauna didn't work during my visit). Breakfasts are ok but not very diverse and tasty. The rooms are fine and clean. The bathroom is neat as well. In the hotel room you can expect a kettle, a fridge and a safe. Water is regularly provided free of charge.

Noisy in the streets, so the sound protection in rooms can be better. Especially at night. As previously mentioned, breakfasts are not very diverse. Also, it can be very loud at weekends due to some parties and discos or religious chants if you live in the lower floors. It's not very pleasant when you arrive late at night and have a lack of sleep.

the pool was closed during our stay. secondly the prices are bit steep

It was our most comfortable stay in City Seasons Towers with excellent service by the reception and other staff , prime location and near metro station, we really enjoyed our stay a lot , it really home like feeling, The Front Office Manager Mr Jawad Bhatti was the most professional Manager we have ever met , he the best Manager In Dubai Thank you For taking care of us

Everything was fine, our room was cleaned daily, we were given clean towels every day and used toiletry items was replaced, excellent housekeeping. The reception staff was also very helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here, we hope to come again soon.

There was no such thing

I stayed at this property 3 times and already booked my next stay! Everything was perfect. Location is very convenient - close to BurJuman station which connects to anywhere in Dubai. Upstairs rooftop bar was also nice. Staff were nice and helpful. There's also the Mall right next to the hotel, which is convenient if you need to buy anything last minute, including pharmacy

The room is comfortable and clean.Its near the Metro,and the supermarket Carrefour.We did not use the facility of the restaurant as there are a lots of restaurant around.

On our arrival at 2 am we were given a faulty room,the bell kept ringing on and off non stop.We informed the receptionist he replied he will call the engineer to sort it out.The engineer came did his job and went,it was about 3 am.when he left the bell start ringing again.It was a nightmare as we could not not sleep with this constant noise.we eventually ask to change room.Why the receptionist did not change our room when there was a room available.By the time we got some sleep it was 4am after a long trip from london.
