Breakfast has to be typical Indian for Indian tourist South Indian taste has to be maintained and not to be like North Indian, make live cooking stations and proper chefs to be used, your main guests are Indians and you should take care of them the most to increase your reputation and business.
Quality of towel has to be maintained and to be provided regularly. There should be security at the door, vallet at the bell boys should be present in call.

The services and the staff of this hotel are amazing. Especially King, he is very good at his job and humble. The food is very delicious and Amzad and Ismail,few of the restaurant crew,are also amazing at their jobs. All over I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel and I recommend it to everyone .Next time if I come to Dubai I would like to stay in hotel Grand Exelcior again.

At check in, we have been asked to pay 650 dhs. Although i complained about having already fully paid for my trip, i have been initially been given a room with 1 bed for 4 people. I then had to pay extra for 2 extra beds.
