Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai

The room is very spacious. Buffet breakfast is superb since I like mediterranean food. Maybe add a little western and asian dishes. Location is 15 minutes taxi ride to Dubai World Trade Center. Easy to get taxi or careem ride. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and accommodating specially Alfa stationed in the breakfast area, she assisted us during our 7 days stay in four points. And Lyca who helped us with our desert safari tour and also suggested nice tourist spots in Dubai. Had a few drinks in Tipsy Tikka - unli popcorn hahaha, super fun!

We ordered chicken biryani for dinner and we did not liked it because it was overcooked. No bathrobe in the room.

the Rooms were good and spacious. Extra bed provided was also comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful. when one of my family members joined us a few days later , a little early in the morning, the front desk helped us check in early in a very seamless and hassle free way. Mr Rohit Sharma at front desk was very responsive to the needs and chipped in with his help whenever it was required. The breakfast spread was good and being an Indian vegetarian myself, there were ample choices for a vegetarian like me. The menu changed daily making it a very diverse and varied meal.

It is not on the main road and is in a little interior lane. Which makes it a comparatively quiet place to stay but hailing a taxi can sometimes be a little difficult.

Staff were very welcoming and hospitable, in particular Rohit Naik on Guest Reception and Housekeeping supervisor Pooja. Plenty to choose at breakfast time. They had daily music with singers in the restaurant to which we were oblivious as it wasnt advertised very well. They sang very well! Tour desk assistant Bhaumik organised our visits for the 3 full days we had to work with. Handy 24 hour convenience store just around the corner for late night snacks too.

A courtesy car/vehicle to and from the nearest metro (ADCB, Burjman and Sharaf DG) would have been useful, as it took upto 15 min walk to get to the metro station. (Still advertising complimentary shuttle to a beach no longer in use, La Mer)

For Shoppers, the location is very close to Meena Bazar. The hotel has a wonderful happening pub; the room overlooked the street and was clean. The breakfast and the Ramadan Buffet Dinner not only had variety but the preparation was excellent. The food variety catered to all tastes. The staff was warm, Saroj and Ali were exceptional and the chefs on duty were ready to cater for anything different because of allergy or any other issue. Overall a wonderful stay.

The experience of booking through Booking.com- the rates of property were made to appear less than other sites. but eventually, I ended up paying more.

We came to dubai for vacations with my sister and mother we really loved the hotel staffs specially for the breakfast they are so kind and sweet and ready to go anything to please you. I've had a special attention from Nalin the guy who made the pancakes who made our stay even more memorable. The room and bed were nice and clean and all our little demands were very well taken care of... we ordered food from the room service and frankly for the same price it was better than restaurants outside. So i will highly recommand this hotel

The swimming pool closing at 11pm was a little drawback for us. Its quite hot outside in summer and you cant really do much during the day so we reached the hotel late and we had to run to be able to take advantage of the swimming pool. In a city like dubai where the Supermarkets n shops are open really late and with heat it would be really nice if the swiming pool could be open till midnight atleast.

Good layout : close to the supermarket and metro station. Spacious rooms with a place for third roller bed installation. Cleanliness : cleaning personnel was very polite and thoughtful. Additional thanks to Arvin who was in charge of cleaning room 601. He did his job professionally. Nice Yesterday’s bar on the ground floor with variety of food and drinks offering the best chicken wings. And of course super fast processing of the requests such as ice bowl bringing to the room.

Controversial breakfast : not everyone especially the Europeans likes Indian food. In general it was good and pretty diverse, but chicken offered was full of bones and it was not nice to have. Apart from chicken there was no other meat/fish offer at the same day, which was not nice. I would advise to add sea food such as shrimps, salmon etc. in the menu along with more types of cheese such as blue cheese, camembert, etc

The hotel is in a very comfortable location. Internet is easy and fast to use. The pool can be considered adequate, but it is used to cool off instead of swimming. prices are reasonable. The “yesterday” bar is very, very successful. hotel staff are very good. breakfast is near perfect

Everything was really nice at the hotel, including room size, and comfort and especially the service was excellent. The hotel location was good too, it was close to everything, and the plus point is the parking valet is free and included with the room purchase which was really nice. Check-in was really fast. They took our luggage to our room. Overall it was an excellent hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that the sahoor buffet (breakfast, we stayed during Ramadan) was not provided in the breakfast area, they offer breakfast in-room service and there are only a few options you can choose and we were told that there are more non-muslims stayed in the hotel so, therefore, they don't offer open Sahoor buffer in those hours which was really disappointing. I think they should provide a special Sahoor for Muslims as well.

STAFF CARE FOR YOU LIKE FAMILY. THERE IS NO OTHER WORD HOW I CAN DESCRIBE HOW EXCELLENT TIME WE HAVE BECAUSE OF EXCELLENT STAFF AND HOTEL WORKERS......ITS LIKE FAMILY TAKING CARE FOR YOU. EVERY LITTLE THING IN THIS HOTEL GET FULL ATTENTION. SPECIAL THANKS TO ROHIT WHO WELCOME US ON OUR FIRST DAY AND ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR US WHENEVER WE ASKED FOR ANY HELP. THIS IS WHAT MAKE THIS HOTEL THE SPACIAL ONE .....PERSON LIKE ROHIT. HOTEL ROOM ARE VERY CLEAN. BIGGER WHERE YOU HAVE EXCELLENT SPACE. LOCATICTED NEAR GRATE INDIAN VEG AND NON VEG RESTAURANTS. NEAR ATTRACTIONS POINTS. FEW MINUTES DRIVE AND YOU CAN ACCESS MOST OF DUBAI ATTRACTIONS. WE AS FAMILY FOR SURE RETURN TO THIS SPECIFIC HOTEL AGAIN AND AGAIN.

The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and enjoyable to stay in. The hotel's location is conveniently close to a supermarket and other tourist attractions in Dubai. Overall, Four Points by Sheraton consistently exceeds our expectations. They consistently strive to provide the best possible experience for their guests.
