Bell man are not helpful , they sell you to the illegal private cars waiting in the gate, they asked for 50 dirhams for my trip which I paid 28 to app taxi , they also make it funny when i said I will call taxi by app pretending it's very difficult to find taxi by app, which comes in 4 minutes

what i notice is the attitude in one of your security who look on customer the way they dress. I was wearing my working clothes ( Coverall ) it is clean but to all 4 customer who enter into the elevator it was only me that he followed and ask where i am going and the other customer was not ask. i think i was discriminated because im wearing coverall thinking that i am a laborer. I don't think this kind of behavior is acceptable specially on this type of business, you need to orient your employee. i hope this will not happen again the next time i stay in the hotel.

This hotel is a bit of hidden gem. The building opened in 2006, so is relatively new for the area, and the facilities reflect that. Many of the surrounding hotels have fallen into disrepair due to the popularity of newer developed areas, but that is not the case here. I had an upgraded room booked, and when I checked in, I was upgraded again due to length of stay. The suite was luxurious to say the least. I loved the views from my room, especially after I was able to have the balcony unlocked, seeing the Burj Khalifa and Picture Frame and the lights from the city. The spa bath was relaxing after a long day in the desert. The pool area was quiet, even with how close it was to the main roads. While the pool was masked in a shadow later in the day, I was enjoying the sun in the morning. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and I was even surprised with a birthday cake. I’m not much of a breakfast person, content with karak chai, so I didn’t avail myself of the buffet. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro (Sharaf DG – formerly Al Fahidi). There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk of the hotel and plenty of restaurants closer to the metro station. I had a rental car for a few days, and I loved the valet parking at the hotel, making matters much easier. I never had to wait more than a couple for minutes for my car. Besides a party in another suite, I didn’t hear any noise at night. The wifi was strong and the room was always well maintained. I will definitely stay here again on future trips.

I did use the gym a few times, and it was adequate for my needs but not overly comprehensive. Truly, the only negative is the distance to the metro, which is only a few extra minutes walk.

We have been staying at Majestic hotel since 2017. Alot has changed at this hotel from owner to staff. This hotel now has 3 night clubs I believe mainly catering for the Indian community. Which is great if you enjoy that scene. Great restaurants and a good atmosphere for groups of friends who want a good time. Big thanks to saqib form House keeping who made sure our room was always clean. Even if he had to come back later on in the day. Thanks to all from house keeping. Team. Excellent maintenance had a few issues with bathroom was fixed immediately.

Reception was not as welcoming as we remember from previous stays and not much interaction from them. Previously you will get a smile a welcome and ask if everything is OK. Lifts have always been an issue busy hotel only 2 lifts. Corridors definitely need a face lift old with a old odour. Rooms could do with a face lift. Bath tubs need a better seal bathroom floor always gets wet.

Room facilities and staff is very friendly

I think housekeeping should check the check out date and then come to clean the room not jus ring the bell early morning on every door. Its common sense if I will check out at 12 I I don’t need to clean the room at 10. my sleep was completely disturb when the house keeping keep ringing the bell until I went out and told him no need.

Located at the city centre , 5 mins walk to fahidi metro station. There is a 24*7 supermarket next to the hotel. Spacious room , washroom was clean good bath tub. House keeping staff do a good joh and its pretty clean and hygienic. Courteous and attentive staff which I reallly appreciate about this hotel. Also , Anusha at the reception was good in her guest service. I appreciate her polite attitude and prompt response. The hotel has a Thai spa at Level H and Ayurvediv massage for relaxation at Level 2. I liked Sundowners restaurant, good sheesha , food , drinks and staff. Also , Barrels sports bar is a chilled out place for a quick catchup , get together with friends for drinks and game. For breakfast since i did not pick that option while making my booking at the hotel , I decided to go walkable 10 mins distance to Bombay bites restaurant. I loved their bombay style breakfast. Bharat restaurant is also good. There are many closeby restaurants around the hotel which is like hardly 10-15 mins walkable distance , also zomato is a good option to order food online. My staycation was sudden totally unplanned but a much needed break and I’m pretty glad I selected the right hotel as everything was closeby and convenient. Feeling refreshed and I would recommend this hotel as its clean , peaceful , and situated in prime location , easy to travel by metro and bus.

I liked all that the majestic city retrewat had to offer. A great hotel with many quality amenities. The hotel was self sustaining and was also located in an area with outside options immediately off the property. I have already recommended a few of my collegues that will be possibly booking a stay at the majestic as well in the very near future.

I liked the room service, the restaurants, clubs, the gym, the outside hookah area, and the location of the hotel. I liked the ambiance of the hotel, and i liked the room comfort. I felt very at home at the Majestic. I definitelyy will stay again in the future.

Room was very clean, Nilan and Lakshika did an excellent job. They always came to clean when we were not there, hence we were not interrupted at any time. The housekeeper was awesome in the hotel. Bell boy Krishan was excellent. He answers all my questions and help with anything I needed.

Elevator was too small and crowed. One morning we waited 15 minutes before we could get in. The elevators should be bigger and have 2 or 3 more. Most of the customers in the hotel was from India (Asia). Some of them was very loud and noisy in the early morning (2 and 3 am). Talk loudly and slamming doors.

the hotel was overwhelmed with two big groups of people coming in the same time I did. many were rude. stepping in front trying to board elevator. stepping in front when at front desk. I was never going to return as those are not the type of clients a hotel want. after 3-4 days of watching these obnoxious people push child and play loud phone calls. in breakfast room etc they slowly left. The people who remained were similar to previos stays. international from all over, many Indians, Arabs, Europeans etc eclectic international. that was great. your behind the lobby desk people were not good manage the chaos from the crowded time. your elevators can’t handle the busy times
