Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels

I booked the Grayton last minute after a truly horrible experience at another hotel and it was paradise. The staff were polite,and respectful, the lobby was gorgeous, my room was fantastic and clean, the wifi was brilliant, even for conference calls. All at a very affordable price!

Ms. Sukaina was so helpful, kind & lovely. This woman deserves a raise! She made the stay worth it Mohammad Fayzan the cleaner guy was taking good care of the little details

When I went to bed the first day, sheets had hair & sand. It wasn’t changed sadly. One Indian guy at the reception was super rude to me. One time I received a new towel with a blood spot on it. I think their laundry needs to start using colorx and take more care of the washing process. Other than this, everything was super smooth & nice.

1. The room was massive, it was taken aback at the size of it (Take more professional photos, the current ones don't do it justice) 2. Breakfast was a bit of a mixed experience. I really enjoyed it, they had the standards, eggs, sausages toast etc (Baked beans on request for most days) my wife, however, was not a fan, she said all the meals were heavily Indian inspired which made her more aprehisive. 3. The pool area is small BUT it was more than enough for a couple and the pool.

There really wasn't anything negative, you'll love it. Customer service is AMAZING

We had an amazing 8 nights stay here. Everything was perfect. The location is very good. 20 mins walk to lots of supermarkets, restaurants that opened til 3am, Burjuman shopping mall and 25 mins walk to Burjuman metro station. Taxi ride to Downtown Burj Khalifa was only a 10 mins ride, 15 mins ride to the airport, 25 mins to Jumeriah, 5 mins to Diera and Old Dubai. The room was very spacious, high ceiling, very strong air con, clean and very big and comfortable bed and pillows The bathroom was a decent size and very good shower. The 2 house keepers called Jitendra and Ashd that cleaned our room for the 8 nights we stayed was very friendly and good at their job. They were polite and greeted us every morning, gave us new bottles of water everyday, fresh new towels, changed all the bins and mopped the floor daily. Ashd even helped us move our luggages on the last day and we even gave him a can of Pepsi to thank him for the great hospitality and hard work. The pool was small however there was always sun loungers available and the pool guy was very helpful and friendly. He greeted us everyday we went to the pool and set the bed and umbrella for us. All the reception staff was very friendly and helpful helping us to book taxis and desert safari excursion. The staff at breakfast were all friendly and restaurant was very clean. The chef made us fresh omelette and pancake when requested and was very friendly and chatted to us advising us the top places to visit in Dubai. Overall we had a very memorable stay and will come back to this hotel when we come back to Dubai hopefully soon!

The breakfast was okay. The watermelon and pineapple they served each day was fresh however maybe add other fresh asian fruits such as Dragonfruit? The coffee was weak however the staff was happy to make stronger fresh coffee when we asked them. The soft drinks at the bar is very expensive.

Arrived early hours of morning due to delayed flight - very quick check-in and gentleman on reception very helpful. Easy walk to two metro stations and nearby mall / restaurants. When checking out, they organised an early morning taxi for us. The bar next to the reception was great. Pool was much better than expected with sun all day, clean and pool assistant was lovely.

Our fridge wasn't working but they changed it for us as soon as we asked. Not a fan of music around the pool area but probably suits most people.

The hotel and staff are very good, the room was very clean, apart from the price, the hotel is perfect

The additional fees added up to 50% more than the advertised price. When l tried to cancel, they wanted 80% of my 6 night booking fee. Booking customer services was useless.

Room is big and staff are very friendly.

It was a great experience overall. Specially the room it had the modern touch to it. Breakfast and other facilities were good too.

Metro is a bit far away.

I had an exceptional 10-night stay at this hotel, and the service was top-notch. Dipesh, who assisted me during the check-in process, was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Throughout my stay, Faizan and the room service team also did an excellent job. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and secure, without any concerns regarding my safety. If you're looking for a hotel, I encourage you to consider this one.

This hotel is a bit far from the metro (About 1 km from BurJuman and 800m from Sharaf DG). There's no bus route nearby as well

The hotel it was clean the staff were friendly and helpful⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, especially the reception manager Ms. Suqaina she's treat me like I'm at home very polite helpful and professional🌹.....check in was swift also the check out ..no complain at all.i'm really satisfied...in sha Allah I will book again if I visit Dubai.....
