Rolla Suites Hotel -Former J5 Bur Dubai Hotel

Nice location, with lots of restaurants, bars and clubs. Close to metro. Room was huge, clean and well equipped. The hotel is kinda vintage style but I liked that. Goof restaurant and cafe inside the hotel for morning breakfast. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Very good experience overall.

My only issues was the clubs inside the hotel building - they have extremely loud music especially during weekends, so the light sleeper will feel the pain, unless they use earplugs.

My room was spacious, bedroom and bathroom were quite large for being a standard room. In general, staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was extra-cost but was good and delicious. In the restaurant, tables and bathroom were so clean! I liked the location, it is close to the Old Dubai area and relatively nearer to DXB airport terminal 1 by metro. I wish the room had also some heating system, too, I visited Dubai in January and it was quite chill-cool outside which affected the temperature inside the room. unfortunately, AC in the room was for cooling, not heating :)

1) I wish the Receptionist lady would have a little bit more professional English language skills so that could speak more politely to the arriving guests and more smile on her face :) 2) Breakfast is to be included in the room price.

Room nice, clean. Location is good, close to metro. The rooftop pool is nice, however it was broken when we were there. Ann from the reception is nice, the other guys were a bit confused and not too polite.

There are 4 bars/clubs in the hotel so there is NO WAY you can get some sleep before 2 AM. The music is very loud and the clubs are a joke (Indian men looking at Indian girls dancing in skin-like pants), for an European it was LOL. Alcohol is stupidly expensive (10 EUR for a beer).

I am very happy to say that when I was admitted to this hotel, my condition was not good. I was not feeling well. But I want to thank SARTHAK at the reception, he gave me very good service, he was a man with rules, regulation and responsibility. They provided me water at the same time, so after that my check in was a little late. But they made me check in half an hour earlier because I was not well and I liked the service there too. I want to special thanks to SARTHAK.

The respective team from management and reception, specifically, the Egyptian guy , don't know his name , and veneeta the reception girl , they are helpful and greeting with an amazing smiles . Promote them or must be Gifted . I will next time also

I didn't get a fridge last time for two days . Asked to have one , reception said that you can bring your items we will keep down in the fridge, most of my items melted , what if I have personal food need to keep it or some cans ?

Loved my stay over there. Staff is so friendly and well-mannered. Check- in was quick and hassle free. Very clean hotel with all facilities and very well kept. Surprised that I never knew about this place before. I would keep visiting again and again whenever I want to take a break and relax. Thank you for making my stay happy and peaceful. They went out of the way to make my stay comfortable.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This time also I booked the same hotel because I get a family atmosphere there. That's how I feel whenever I go there I meet my family and I want to thank SARTHAK who is a very good person with great responsibility, regulations and reputation. He understands things, how and in what way to do the work. I want to thank him a lot and I wish him to get promotions very soon. And the other staff is also good. Room is comfortable. I feel very comfortable there.

Very welcoming receptionist Linn. Very spacious room. Strong air-conditioning and WiFi. A few minutes walk from Metro station. Clean room and bathroom.

Limited number of TV channels. Hotel's area is a little crowded, thus lacking fresh air.

Room was very nice and clean.Staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff I forget the name but I think Bikash shrestha was very nice and helpful. Reception staff also very helpful and thank you so much for beautiful room I forget your name to mention.

Sometime noise from club but all good 👍.

The staff was excellent. Ghazi, in particular, was very helpful.

The noise from the club was a bit bothersome.
