Despite reading many negative comments I decided to check in with family and I wasn’t disappointed. The rooms were exceptional and much space and the kitchen had a range of appliances to meet my needs during my stay. An ideal location to Dubai mall

Very friendly and service-oriented staff. We were offered an upgrade at a very good price which allowed us to check in earlier. The location is amazing - everything is a walking distance (Spinnes, metro (ADCB or BJ), mall, really good restaurants (especially Indian food), beach (incl. La Mer/Jumeirah 5-10 minutes by car/taxi). The staff was very responsive to any remarks, needs. There was no issue parking the car on the private parking spot, clean and tidy, bathrooms with basic amenities. All well organized.

Good location with easy access to the metro, plentiful dining options, and shopping. The apartment faces a quiet street in a residential neighborhood and is clean and spacious. The staff were polite, helpful, and courteous. Check in and check out were easy. We had a nice and comfortable stay.

The hallways were dimly lit. The clothes drier rack was flimsy.

Good location, Friendly and helpful Staff, and good room size with a full equipt kitchen. It's a no-hassle hotel with ease of stay. Overall we loved our stay at Al Raya Hotel Apartments. Happy Customer 😊

1). The closest metro station is ADCB but it is not that close to the Hotel. It requires a bit of walking!! 2). Television channels need the latest and multicultural channels. 3). The bed in our room needs to be changed as it makes a lot of noise while sleeping.

Cleanliness and access of car parking.

The water was clogging in bath tub and in wash basin in master bedroom.

No TV in master room (The children use the TV in the living room, what about their parents)

The unit was very nice, spacious and very budget friendly. Staffs were very accommodating and kind especially Kevin from night shift who's very helpful. Ken, Josefina and the guards were equally kind and helpful. Thank you, Al Raya.

It's not like we didn't like the kitchen appliances, this is just a recommendation to improve and upgrade they're outdated equipments.

THE LOCATION- Just around the corner u have spinnys supermarket and have lots of eateries as well as Day to Day biggest shopping area - JUST CANNOT GET MORE PERFECT. KITCHEN - had all means ALL the amenities - PERFECT ROOM - Very clean and big and with excellent big balcony with mirrors drawers and plug points. STAFF - Extremely helpful in nature

I liked everything about the hotel it's perfectly ideal for family stay. The location is superb as almost everything are near reach, transportation is wonderful as metro is just few minutes away. For the staff, Mr Sahim is a Wonderful Soul that I would love to meet again and again. When you talk of cleanliness, the cleaning team are always available. In summary it's really value for money totally no regrets at all.

It muched my expectation.

I have spent the last 10days in the Apartment hotel (3 bedroom), location is great for ease of travel by taxi and uber. Room is super clean and kitchen had all the facilities like microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. I am extending my stay because I like it. Supermarket is walking distance Highly recommended

Good internet, clean environment, good curtain to block out the daylight for good sleep. Lovely and helpful front and room service staff. The area where the hotel is located is nice
