Copthorne Hotel Dubai

Very pleased with the hotel, Iqbal at the front desk was very helpful.

Breakfast, paid for breakfast on one morning as we didn't have it included, food was very cold, not a great selection. Ordered drinks poolside, waited roughly 1 hour to receive our drinks and had to wait a further 30mins for the waitress to find the card machine so we could pay.

It is a fair hotel by the price paid. Good location, good service. A particularly good team. There is a very good Shopping nearby. Near the subway

The location is excellent. Very close to Deira City Centre and the Metro station. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms are neat and clean. WiFi is excellent. Found the room clean and tidy everyday after we returned from outside hectic activities. The room service staff, especially Naseem and Ali, did their job excellently. Breakfast was excellent having a vast variety of items to choose from. A birthday cake by the hotel staff for my son’s 12 birthday during our stay at the Hotel was a pleasant surprise for us indeed 😊.

Nothing to dislike

This is one of my favorite hotels in dubai. The room is clean and spacious. I must mention Mis Yeaub at the front desk, who goes out of her way to ensure guests feel home. I really commend her assistance every time I come. Well done.

fridge was not working and they didn’t repair it after we asked for that… safe’s battery was dead and again wasn’t replaced

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12 am, We got to the hotel super early and I didn’t want to wait. So this was a big plus. This is the perfect hotel for a big family like mine. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms The staff was very friendly and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

The breakfast wasn't really good, most of the warm dishes were hot(too spicy)since I came with children it wasn't pleasant for them. I couldn't enjoy the breakfast when the kids were not eating.

It's our second time we were at the Copthorne Hotel. As always the quality of the service was superb. As we arrived late, we were very pleasantly surprised to be able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant while Miss Sedha /not sure of the name/ checked us in. The room was spacious, clean and pleasant. Room cleaning was also at a good level during all stay. The cleaning staff always left us enough coffee and mineral water. In the restaurant, the food is good both at breakfast and at dinner. There is enough choice. I have to mention the good service Mr. Ramesh. He was always available both in the restaurant and at the pool to bring us some of the wonderful watermelon juice. WiFi in the room and all araound the hotel is with good quality.

Praveen, the cleaner. Hey Praveen - I did not forget. Here is your positive review. Never had a cleaner coming to my room and asking for a positive review. Well, this day came :))) room was clean, hope you will get a bonus and will not chase other guests as that's not polite and not normal.

They called me every 5 minutes asking to check out. Called me again and again even if I said that I'm almost done packing and will be downstairs in 10mins. Phone line was terrible. Like we were in 1990 or something. Impossible to hear the other side. They forgot that I have asked for the bed for my kid. So we took her to our bed, as we were too tired at 2am after a long flight. And that's after my reminder via booking to bring the bed in the room done 2 days before the trip.
