Novotel Deira City Centre

Breakfast very well, enough, just the main subject some Indian and all people doesn't have to be familiar with this taste variety. Would be great more International on soup, food, rice i.e. forexample Bryani Rice not to be everyone's favorite because of really hot spicy!! On the other hand drink side can be added on breakfast room at mornings for avoid too much crowded room.

Rooms can be more bigger and more comfortable for family travels. At least Dubai is one of a famous touristic points. bigger rooms, connected rooms possible choices I guess.

Staff were excellent. They gave us the room as soon as we arrived even though there was still time for our checkin. We had reached after a long flight of travel with our kids and did not make us wait which was excellent as not many would do that. My son is on wheelchair and they took extra care to make sure we were comfortable and were always ready for help. Location is super convenient from metro station so it was very easy to travel. Breakfast choice was amazing.. They even had Indian chai which was great. We are happy to stay here again if we go to Dubai again.

Our checkin was nice and smooth, from the porters to the receptionist, breakfast waiters and waitresses, they were all welcoming. We also came in 1 hr early before check in time and our room was offered to us which was plus as we travelled overnight. We loved the breakfast, we had this for 4 days although same selections offered each day, we just have to try different things everytime, my favourite bar is the fruit and salad bars (this is a good selection for an early brunch). Additionally the young guy who was doing housekeeping offered extra complimentary water which was kind and they always check if we wanted our room refreshed when we are in. The lifeguards offered good support too when using the pool, they work so hard in that place. The location was great, all good restaurant around and the city centre is right next door with a few more selection of food, there’s also a day to day shop for cheap souvenirs shop and alot of perfume selection. To top it all gold souq is only 20aed away from the hotel on the taxi, metro is a few walks away, burj khalifa is also cheap if taxi one way, and the airport departures was only 14.50 aed, Wow! If you want good value for money Deira is the place!

None that I could think of, only a minor one, I have requested for a boxed breakfast for our last day ( I mentioned this on our first day), we had an early checkout, this was not fulfilled and somehow was not a big deal as we had a little time before we leave to the airport during checkout.

Breakfast was nice. It was a full buffet with variety. The staffs are all so friendly always going the extra mile. Khin was always smiling and friendly. The manager Ashish wow he was also very nice to us. There was no poached eggs with salmon in the buffet and when he over heard my husband ask the chef he went out of his way to organise it for my husband. We left the hotel early morning at 5am and Ashish made sure he organise a small bag with some fruits and pastries for my children. Wow! I'm truly impressed with the level of service at this hotel.

one staff Mrs. Pyem Pyem war not really helpful. When I arrived, she told me, does it is full booking and she give me the worst room in the 1.floor. 114 I was checked in booking.com if is really full booking, it wasn’t. On the next day I change my room without problem. The toilet was running the water after u clean.

The door opening and closing ( electronic cards system) should be improved. Most of the time the cards were working in the loft but not working on room doors opening and we had to always return to reception to reactivate Thanking

Surprising really not for any particular reason but I normally stick to a certain location and hotel, on this occasion I found Novotel to be cheaper, and the location appear to be Good as well as the reviews were saying that the location is good. When I arrived I realised that not only was the location ideal but also the room was very nice and facilities were just right, this would definitely be my new place to stay.

To be honest I did not notice anything that I would say I didn't like

The staff were very responsive. Concierge and Housekeeping staff were always helpful as was Reception Desk. Location is excellent especially if you intend to spend most time near Deira area and then you can goto City Center across the road and enjoy shopping also without as much stress on legs as you would get if shopping in large Dubai Mall.

The toilets did not have lock which seems strange in UAE. Especially for Families staying with teenagers or Siblings staying in a room etc.

Location of the hotel is fantastic as its close to Main highway road so you waste very little time commuting. The City Centre opposite hotel offers great choice for food and shopping.

The breakfast spread was a bit disappointing. The spread was more or less exactly the same. The variety in cuisine and not catering for Indian Vegetarian guests was a let down. Definitely much room for improvement.

All the stuffes are super nice and professional, their hospitality is AMAZING! We enjoyed breakfast buffet . The room was clean but no window no fresh air, small humid. The location is very convenient to the deira city mall, Airport and so on. The price we played was fair. We enjoyed our stay, thanks to all Novotel deira city center employees!

The hotel cleanses, the room is big, all The workers are perfect, the location is the best and price we paid for our six night stay is Fair.
