Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel

The hotel is very green and nicely decorated. We liked the breakfast a lot, it was balanced and had quite varied selection of dishes. The room was quiet and the pool inside the hotel was a nice place to relax. Also, my wife really liked the Spa-center and enjoyed massages. Special thanks to professional and attentive masseuse Neelam.

Hotel rooms have a quite cool system to show if you need cleaning or don't want to be disturbed, but unfortunately not all personnel follows it. For example, we had a red do not disturb light on our door during the day because we were sleeping, but they started calling us by the phone from the front desk which ruined our rest.

This hotel is beautiful, there is a Cafe that serves a limited selection of Starbucks drink and the young man who works most days was fabulous. The room was nicely appointed, we had a terrace that overlooked the pool area. The pool was also fabulous. The water was warm and it was a decent size. I have no complaints about the facilities. Also the location was great, we could walk to City Centre and I needed a rt pcr test within 24 hours of flying back to the US and the Al Garhoud Hospital was also a quick walk.

Checkout specifically. Check in, also not fun, long. But the whole checkout process, I left before my bf, so this is second hand...they went and checked the room and said the Pringles from the mini bar were opened and they needed to charge us, but here is the thing, I brought my bf 2 shopping bags worth of American snacks/chips(he is from there and I am from the US)...we didn't need the mini bar, anyway, I recommend future guests check everything when you check in so you don't get surprised at the end. Overall, was a great stay. We stayed in 3 hotels this trip, 4 days a piece and this was our 2nd favorite.

The staff were helpful. The hotel room was cleaned daily.

The TV services were not the best. No News/ TV programs in English.

Great location next to the airport. Very clean and nice rooms. Super helpful staff.

I couldn’t set the right temperature on the A/C, there was either off mode or on automatic mode in which the set temperature (23 degree) wasn’t respected and it was much colder than we wanted.

The way the safety system works was spectacular, I mean you feel extra safe when you bring your family also the parking area was smooth I didn’t find any problem with finding a parking for my vehicle

To be honest the food was not that good it was ok like any other but not amazing , I was hoping if the breakfast was made with more choices of food

One of the best beds I've ever slept in! The room was larger than expected and well designed. It was soooooo quiet. The breakfast was very good too. I deeply regret I could not stay any longer. The staff was very helpful. They were very responsive when I got lost on my way from the subway as Google Maps gave an erroneous location. I really enjoyed my time there.

I had a hard time finding the place. The neighborhood has known better times. Hopefully, it will know these better times again.

Clean, prompt service, friendly and helpful staff

The toilet sink was blocked, people were allowed into the pool in clothes which is unhygienic, we did not venture into the pool for this reason.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast. Very clean hotel (nice perfums) and friendly people. I would almost call it a ''perfect'' hotel if they had helped me with the refund of leaving 1 day earlier.

Due to my own mistake I unfortunately booked 1 day too much. I went straight to the front desk and explained the problem. They referred me to Booking.com and they referred me back, and that 4 times in a row. In the end, neither side has helped or shared information about who can (or can't) do something about this. It's only about 1 day and a few euros, but I would have liked the hotel to help me with this. Maybe, they can still contact Booking.com and make it right.

Hotel and location is very good. Hotel is only 5 minutes walking from Deira City Centar Metro Station. Hotel was really good and staff was helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and there is a restaurant in the Hotel which you can call anytime(24/7) for in room dining and the chicken and beef burgers were so delicious. We recommend this Hotel.

The last night we didn't had cold water, we had only hot, so we couldn't take a shower. We called reception and engineer tried to fix it but after 5 minutes he left and no one showed up that night to fix it.
