Super nice and helpful staff!!! Good location, nice hotel, nice pool with nice view and very good breakfast! Special thanks to Chef Emanuel! this gentleman is a very professional and helpful, chef who always smiles nicely at breakfast , you feel very welcome! We liked it so much that we have already booked this accommodation for next summer!

Due to a technical problem, we were woken up by the reception the first few nights, these call's were not intended for us but it still went on in our room, we solved this by unplugging our phone. But still the rest of our stay was so good that we think this hotel deserves a 10 rating.

Location. Ambiance. Open Air Theater. Sheesha Bar at 4th floor. Pool. The Canteen where they serve probably the best breakfast in town.Rooms are big and spacious, Good Price offered, Access to Dera City Center and Metro was an excellent feature. They have many other great features which i will explore in my next trip. InshaAllah

The hotel and the room are very stylish, clean and spacious. We got the upgraded room with the city view, It was relaxing plus the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall, 100s of shops, restaurant and entertainment just a few steps away. The lady at reception, I think her name was Ms Annette. She was very nice and welcoming.

Location inside the mall with fair proximity to the airport. The view from the suite room was excellent. Staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful.

Food quality was just satisfactory. Very limited main courses at the Canteen. Monotonous breakfast with limited spread. Room facilities would have been better if there were scribbling notepads, iron table, an instruction manual for using coffee percolator, etc.

- Although we were in the 13th floor, the room smells food sometimes - One hour breakfast delay & white bread instead of brown although we mentioned twice ! But, they managed very well their apology with a complementary cake, breakfast & cute sorry note :) - Forgot straw when they brougt the juice Suggestion: We need more seats in the taxi waiting area Definitely, will come again :)

Comfortable and cozy room. The sheets were changed everyday and the room was cleaned and tidied up well. Refreshments were topped up as needed. The layout of shower, toilet and powder area was very efficient and convenient. We love the focusing mirror and the JBL speaker. The staff were courteous and efficient.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that they offer free shuttle service. I did not get the service because I arrived outside the working service of the shuttle. It was understable but would be nice if it was mentioned on the fine print. Second issue was water seeping out to the toilet when shower is in use. We have to put towels on the floor to dry it—something that could be improved

- We loved every bit of it! - Very bright and open reception and breakfast area (Canteen) with huge windows overlooking the creek golf club with lush green grass. Made us feel happy and cheerful. - The reception Staff was cheerful and helpful but at times short-handed and it was not uncommon to witness queues at the reception area. - The cleaning staff went out of their way to assist and make us happy. - The baggage concierge went out of his way to assist us with the complimentary airport shuttle. - Fantastic central location and access to the mall added to the convenience and joy of staying there. - The rooms were new, with plenty of sunlight and full of travel nick-nacks. - Highly recommended and great value for money! - Rooms were new, with plenty of sunlight and full of travel nick-nacks. - Highly recommended and great value for money!

Nice well designed property, Courteous welcoming Staff, Spacious Rooms with all amenities, Good Bath Room with attached dressing. Ideal Central Prime Location with Mall Connectivity, Secure & Easily Excess-able large Car Parking Facility.

Strongly recommend to make the Floor Lobby & Rooms Floor either totally carpet free or use small carpet rags where necessary. Because, bigger the carpet, more difficult is to maintain cleanliness. As in night, in Room # 1331 observed bugs crawling on carpet around garbage bin & even on top of the the wooden Desk below TV. Also found even with door closed water spilling from Bath to outside WC area.

My fourth stay.. Will definitely be back.. Convenient and comfortable. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows. I stayed three nights. Close to the mall, the airport and hospital. Again, a special mention to Naveed from conseige. Mr Ali the PCR guy. A Big Thank you for all your help. A must to get to know Naveed. He is ready to help you with anything . He seems to know everyone , everywhere and everything..so look up Naveed when staying at The Aloft to ensure your holiday with family and loved ones goes smoothly. .. Keep up your good work.

My room was situated on the 13 th floor this time. Super big and spacious. But a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Overall everything else was okay
