Ecos Dubai Hotel at Al Furjan

Upon arrival I requested the room 69 and I was furious when told it does not exist in the hotel. However then a U-turn: I was re-assured by the Israa (at reception) that the room will be built exclusively for me in less than 24 hours. I was shocked. Beside the joke the story resembles the extra effort and going beyond and further for their guests. A big shout to Israa and few other colleagues in hotel. Warmly recommended place to stay.

The elevator repairs and the “construction” site didn’t look good - could be better.

staff was so friendly and very professional and front office team was exceptional especially moraad and israa is very helpful during check-in and check-out.did not hesitate to give late checkout

Contemporary design, modern rooms, relaxed vibe. The value for money was excellent, and staff were also friendly.

For a new hotel, soundproofing was poor in the rooms. Hard to retrofit for a new hotel, but it is an issue. Note that there is no bar at this property. There are shops, restaurants, and an Irish bar close by if that is important.

I like how neat the room was, the sorroundings, the staff on how helpful they are. SPECIALLY Ms. ISRA, she was very accommodating, very genuine, always ready to help and attend to your request. Good room prices also.

Just the ac. I think it's not cold enough.

Fact that hotel being a new one, it was clean, the concept of self-help was really good. staff is friendly especially Sundar at reception.. over all great place to stay.

they don't have coffee/ tea bags for a room as part of a new concept. however the team was good enough to provide us with complimentary coffee on our request.

The place is new. Its looks and smells clean. The staff are so delightful and eager to help. Shout out to the front desk Yasmeen and Esraa, both so efficient. Overall, we had a great experience.

it was a very nice stay , they have cozy rooms , and free shuttle bus to marina beach 🏝️ staff are very helpful especially front office team they are very kind and professional Special thanks To miss ISRAA she’s always smiling and helping. and to the leaders Mr Moaad he is very nice person and to MR.
