Location, metro and buses accessibility, friendly staff, value for money

Room was a bit dusty. My allergies got triggered, must be the carpet, which is dusty and smelled like dust too 🤧 😔 Could use improvement with the phone directory too, as it is not functional and the numbers are unlisted, especially for housekeeping and reception.

Very nice hotel, close to metro and bus stations from which you can reach any part of the city. Their staff are well organized and very kind in which they are ready to help at any time. Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and changing towels and toilet products, the hotel is very quiet.

elevators have to be activated by your room card.

spacious room in the Tower B, modern interior with huuuuge windows and panorama view on the whole Dubai city, efficient air-conditioning, very friendly staff, good location next to Ibn Battuta Mall, the small bus station where buses to Abu Dhabi departure from and next to the metro station - these located 1-minute walk from the hotel therefore give many opportunities and save a lot of time, 15 minute drive to the Marina (but avoid rush hours when all roads at the Marina are so packed)

water pressure is very low so be patient at shower, complicated access to the hotel reception located on 3rd floor while the entrance to the hotel is through ground-floor taxi bay only - quite confusing for those who are coming first time, it is too dark at bathroom to shave properly ;-)

Location is in the end of Dubai, but in the good Ends 👍 😎. Many of the attractions are easy accessible by Metro or Taxi. Hotel is connected with one of the most beautiful malls ever existed 😍. Also the Metrolink is connected with the hotel. The Bus station is very convenient if you plan to go to Abu Dhabi by bus. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially on the reception. Thank you guys! Kids stay free in family room. Very good value for money.

Water in the pool is cold, especially for children. Need to be a little bit warmer to be more pleasant. We don't have other complaints.

My stay period was from 2nd November to 6th November'2023 for 4 night . Beautifull property , central.location closer to metro station and mall was connections to Hotel towers. Tower B is newly build and rooms interior was perfect for a vacation or business trip. Staff at the reception desk Riyas and Sanjo were very helpful at the tim of check in as well as providing us best rooms in Tower B on 14th floor with scenic view . Sanjo especially helped us by showing us rooms in both Tower A as well as Tower B and he make us understand why Tower B to be selected

Breakfast spread was good but very limited options for vegetarian people . Also it is no frills hotel , hence all luggage has to be picked up from us in the trolley till our rooms

* I liked the fact that the shopping centre is attached to the hotel. This makes buying things easier and hassle free. * The room was spacious, and the view was pleasant. Thank you, Hafeez, for fulfilling my request. * All the staff are super friendly and courteous. Grace and Hafeez are welcoming and polite. * The housekeeping team was prompt and responsive to my requests. Daramveer and supervisor Shanlu were very good and Daramveer always cleaned my room immaculately. They left plenty of drinking water for me also...thank you!

* Prices are getting expensive per night, making me search for alternative hotels. * Toiletries, i.e., shampoo and soap, should be given in small bottles, not those hand dispensing ones. The shampoo provided ruined my hair. Please provide slippers and hand cream/lotion. These are the basics for the prices I paid per night.

Wonderful place. The heart of this hotel are the people who work there. Great people, nice, warm, smiling and friendly. Everything is at the highest level, very clean throughout the hotel. Once I managed to meet the man who cleaned our room Anjana Lakshan .The sight of his work was very nice. We left the bed a bit messy and unmade, and it never even occurred to me that it would look like this when we returned to the room. Perfectly made, our pajamas arranged and our daughter's mascot from the trip nearby. Every shelf was worn, everything in the bathroom was shiny. The waiters at breakfast are wonderful, the cooks in the open kitchen and the people greeting you at the entrance at breakfast. Just everyone and everything a million stars. I will definitely come back to you and recommend you. Thank you very much for your stay and your great and wonderful work

This is my second time in PIIBM. The first was during the pandemic in 2020! Well, my room was super clean. Temperature was just right. Strong WiFi connection. Smart TV that linked to my phone :) Housekeeping were very attentive and accommodating. Reception staff were very kind. Location is SUPERB. The hotel is literally inside the mall and the metro! Very convenient. There is also a sports bar within the hotel. In the bathroom, the water can be adjusted to your desired temperature in a second. No need to wait for water to heat up :) I used their laundry service. It was nice. I didn't order breakfast because I sleep at 3 am. I didn't require room service because I like to try international dishes when I'm in Dubai.

I understand that there doesn't have to be daily supply of amenities, but upon check-in, I believe it is necessary to have the dental and shaving kits available. You can order slippers for a small fee. Get a shower cap as they do not provide one not even for a fee. I used the small towel and it worked well. Had long baths and my hair was kept dry :)

l booked this hotel second time because of great location, well connected to public transport, metro , buses, taxi, and also interconnected to ibn Batuta mall as well. staff is good and efficient to resolve issues. special thanks to front desk person ( I forgot his name but I think Sanju ) who immediately changed our room when I complained that bathroom blockage. special thanks to Mr Dhanushka Rathnayake, the housekeeping person who daily cleaned our room and put fresh towels and water in our room, he is very polite and helpful person always available to help us, thanks a lot dear . Overall hotel is good but now needs to upgrade.

Need to change carpets as now it looks old somehow dirty as well. Secondly needs to check all washrooms drains as I found some blockage there .

The beds in this hotel are second to none, and surely provide an excellent sleep. The rooms are fine for the purpose, clean and spacious, certainly when travelling by yourself. The hotel is also quiet at night unlike some in Dubai, which is also a bonus. Bar and restaurant are nice. The breakfast space can get very busy at certain times though, but it is always possible to find a seat. transport links are very easy with a metro station and major bus station right at the hotel, and the mall provides plenty of additional food options, plus should you unexpectedly need something, you can surely find it there. I was also lucky my room was available sooner than planned so I could get in before the usual time. Much appreciated!
