The hotel is understaff. They only have 1 person in the reception and it takes time to check-in. Also, the room has no slippers. We had to request for it and it takes time before the housekeeping team delivers our request.

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The room was quiet and very spacious, even for standard size. The room and hotel was spotless. Constant cleaning. A big thank you to M d Kalum who looked after my room.

Possibly the breakfast could have had more choice ( compared to other hotels) but it was still OK and you wouldn't go hungry. Location. You'd definitely need a car ( or rely on the very cheap cabs ). But I'm sure you'll see the location on the map. ( I knew this before I booked anyway, so no complaints, just a view for others )

The room was clean, big, and spacious and the beds were nice and clean. There was sufficient food for breakfast and personnel were helpful. The airco in the room was working (sometimes too well, but we like a cold room). There was a shopping mall opposite the hotel.

The lobby was small and not inviting to sit there. The staff is only able to order a taxi one at the time, so you have to wait for the taxi to come and then they can order another one. Actually there are often taxis waiting at the shopping mall opposite the hotel, which they are not able to call. Breakfast does not have much food for diabetics. Due to circumstances we had to stay in Dubai a day longer and the price for another night was almost the same as the price for 5 nights....

The hotel is exceptional. Has wonderful rooms, great housekeeping, and security. The front desk is great and very helpful. It is close to a mall, easily accessible by crossing the road, which has several eateries, cafes, and stores, including a supermarket.

The times and places for the hotel shuttle service should be clearly shown at the front desk. Also, the shuttle itself should be clearly marked for the hotel, as it is difficult to differentiate at the destination which one belongs to you.

Some times i can hear noises from the outside or the room next to me because the room does not have good sound insulation but otherwise everything is great and i would stay in the hotel for next time am coming for sure !

Excellent room, nice design, high windows for light, nearby shopping mall with good restaurants.

Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is still empty. Number of taxi's available is limited.

Everything was better then my last visit. Thank you faizal for taking more care before our arrival. Room was good, clean and near to elevator as I prefer. Thanks for extra water it was delivered as soon as I called inform room service. Room service was also very fast. Hope to get same service upon my next arrival.

Friendly and efficient welcome - even changing our rooms, so we could check in earlier. Rooms good size and everything that you need. Everywhere very clean and the staff very friendly. Food was great. Lovely pool, plenty of space and loungers - shade if you wanted it. All round great hotel and good value - thank you :-)

Perfect stay, staff really attentive. Food and drinks very well priced with a nice selection of Food on the menu. Rooms spotless! Lovely bathroom and really comfortable beds. Late check out 2pm upon request.

For what i needed it was perfect.
