Everything is fine with respect to the room rate, location and house keeping. The receptionist Manpreet is warm and will accommodate any needs.

If you want to spend your time after work in the room ..Alas... the TV will never work. I have been experiencing this problem for many number of times in this hotel. The receptionist will send the technician anytime, but their system is having some technical issues.

their is a club by the hotel so was pretty noisy. plus my friend was accommodated in the smoking room, while is not smoking and smell was definitely not the best. also, highly recommended to change the towels, as these were ripped and way too long in service.

Absolutely amazing stay, staff was really kind and helpful.

The room was quite good than what we expected however the breakfast was not as good. in terms of location, the location is really good and close to a lot of activities that one would enjoy.

i personally did not like the smell of the perfume being used in the room. it was too strong for my liking. secondly, as highlighted earlier, i didn't like the breakfast, they were moments we felt like throwing up after breakfast

it was clean and comfortable staff and housekeeping were polite and helpful

we asked for early check in after a night flight but they didn’t accommodate us till later which wasted half a day even though we offered to pay also staff were not very helpful about places to visit

location. around many caffe restaurants grocery stores affordable prices. Hotel price is acceptable. The rooms in the hotel are good and the rooms is larger than in other hotels. Very polite stuff.

room service not qualified enough. The big minus of the hotel is that, on the first floor there are two nightclubs at once, very noisy. on the first and second floor, you can hear music in the rooms, which creates discomfort at night. cold water in the pool.

Good location to where we needed to be.

The rooms weren’t vacuumed during our stay. Since being taken over, a club has been opened downstairs which you can hear even on the 5th floor.

Really polite and helpful staff. The room was one of the best I have stayed and specially for the value it exceeded my expectations. I arrived early and the staff informed me that I could leave the suitcases there until the actual time for my check in. I did and explored, worried free ,the area.There is high tech touch buttons for lighting and DND.Really clean as well. I needed laundry for my clothes and found out I had discount ,as a guest,at a laundry nearby( highly recommend). The area seems quite however, there is almost everything around: supermarket, restaurants, salons etc. Zabeel park and Frame is actually not that far,I managed to walk there( was a bit tricky, wouldn't recommend to everyone, better taxi it). The taxi to the airport costed me 50aed ,but wasn't busy time. Around sane price to go to the centre of Dubai. Again, depends on time and traffic. For the purpose of my stay,I concluded I made the best choice,also thinking of the high season ,in general and cause of EXPO.
