1st - Employee… they were 100% efficient! lovely, warm and very, very, very gentle all the time. 2nd - infrastructure - this is a world class resort! luxury at every detail 3rd - Breakfast… and restaurants… this was the best food I ever had in a Hotel… Italian and Singapore’s cuisine out of this world…

distance from beach. but hotel provides bus service to beach and Dubai mall daily! this is a must go hotel in a lifetime!

Great facilities, delicious food, fast check out process.

Tough and long check-in process. you will be asked to pay for your stay a few days before check-in via the link provided by the hotel. On the arrival day, you will be pushed to pay again despite showing them receipts and payment confirmation emails, as the amount you already paid does not show up in their system. It will take ages to get your extra payment back to your account; you will have to follow up on this to finalize it. Management has to focus more on training reception staff.

The breakfast and dinner we had included with our stay was very nice, lots of variates. Even for myself who doesn’t eat meat or eggs. The room was beautiful, lovely bathroom, everything you could think of needing was there. The swimming pools and kids slides were brilliant as well as a play park my little boy really enjoyed, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped so much when my little boy got his hand stuck in the lift, we were very thankful to them. Great location, 10 minute taxi ride to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go. We loved our stay here for our first time in Dubai and would definitely recommend it. If like us it’s your first time as a family going to Dubai here’s a list of things you can do. IMG World, Motiongate, Atlantis Waterpark, Legoland, Jet Skiing / Quad biking @ Kite Beach, Water assault course at JBR Beach, Dubai Aquarium @ the mall, Hot air balloon, global village. Also lots more but we had so much fun doing these.

If you had oat milk as a milk supplement ☺️ But I’m just fussy.

Excellent location for the things we wanted to get to: Jumeirah Mosque, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Wild Wadi waterpark, Aquaventure. Good size room. Prompt response to any queries/problems. Good size swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Loved how easy it was to get a taxi!

New Years Eve party very disappointing. £300/person and the music was not good. No atmosphere. Looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute. Rubbish dancers on stage, too far away to see. // No signs to the swimming pool, we had to ask the way.

Really big room with comfortable bed. Big bathroom and bath. Location is close to Dubai mall. Big pool and pool area with ice cream stand. Big reception and indoor area too. Really really nice and big hotel

Lifeguard a bit rude and wouldn’t let you wear a top in the pool despite it being 45 degrees so you just had to burn

The facility are comfy, staff are professional and extraordinary, the breakfast and lunch were excellent with wide variety of delicious and mult national food, also good location.

The indoor swimming pool was deep unable to use it as almost my length 🥹.

The Grand Hyatt really made our stay special in Dubai. We can totally recommend to stay here. From our perspective the hotel is offering the best value for money. Really outstanding was the breakfast and dinner at the market place restaurant of the hotel: Breakfast: On the egg station you could choose from fried, boiled to scrambled or poached eggs. Fresh fruits like watermelon, pineapple, avocado and strawberry’s where available. For the sweet tongue you could choose the tasty and fresh made pancakes, waffles or crepes with different toppings. Additionally, you could choose between different warm options like dumplings, fried noodles, baked beans or falafel. Dinner: For dinner you had the same fresh fruits and tasty sweets. Additionally, you had Italian, Indian oriental dishes for choice. The pizza and Indian Curry was delicious. Next to food also drinks where included from white wine, red wine, beer to vodka or rum and soft drinks. The drink options where great, as alcohol is quite expensive in Dubai. Restaurant Service: The service was just out of this world!!! Friendly and happy waiters took care for your well-being. They created us a unique experience, as we received even a farewell cake at our last dinner and nice banana crepe on our last breakfast. Everyone was super nice and interested in making your stay great. Special Thanks goes to Rajeen as he is perfectly managing the restaurant and built up a great team around him. Very special thanks to Faiz and Mahmoud who are the best waiters in Dubai and created a smile on our face every day. Room Service: The room as spacious and comfortable and it was perfectly cleaned every day. Water bottles and fresh fruits where complementary. When we celebrated the birthday of my sister, we received a tasty chocolate cake. We could always call the room service in case we needed something additionally. Hospitality, Hospitality, Hospitality. this place has some of the finest men and women who genuinely want you to feel good at the property. I have had multiple experiences of them going above and beyond to accommodate my requests including an early and late check in and out. I rate this as the finest Hyatt in the world.

Buffet breakfast was a bit low key

The stay was very good, room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Thanks to Fadi and Marissa at the Front Desk for being so professional, patient, and addressing my late check out request. The Cooz bar was very nice, lovely live performance (piano and singing), service was super.

Staff at the entrance of breakfast restaurant (Market) need some boosting energy. Both of them on both days were maybe tired or bored, giving me a weird look, and then say: "Sit Here!", and here was a weird table facing a stupid wall right at where people were entering although the place was not that busy. So the second day I did not listen to her and proceeded to choose my table with the help of the service staff. Called the Spa but staff on the phone were really bored and maybe tired. No blame here, but either they are very tired or are not happy with what they do. Something to look at by management.
