I m staying in this hotel apartments since 2015. Stayed more than 20 times uptill now. Staff is always helpful and accommodative. Every thing is excellent except 2 things to be upgraded.

Tv should be smart so guests can watch their own choice of programs rather to be bound to watch the local or some other channels . Fabric of sofas in TV lounge has become soo old that now it sticks with body really and fillings also has become so bad that wooden frame pinches when you sit and even it hurt me badly when I sit at first day. Shortly tv and sofas need to be changed immediately.

Everything in the hotel is perfect.The reception staff are so cooperative and amazing also house keeping crew are excellent..The hotel location is close to everything you need like Dubai mall and all other malls ,mini market, restaurants. The hotel room are so clean and spacious with excellent furniture also they have big and nice car parking in addition they are so fast in checking inn or out from hotel. I highly recommend everyone to visit this amazing hotel . DUNES HOTEL is one of the best hotel in Dubai

Hotel is on very good, quiet and peaceful location. I had a very good time with my 2 sons. Everything found fine there. Starting from Front line staff they are very polite with smiling faces. I appreciate the cleaning staff they clean everything everyday toilet, bedroom, Kitchen and Hall including all table, carpet and floor. They deserve 100 out of 100. All equipment’s i.e. Washing machine, refrigerator, Kettle, Cooking Range and Microwave were fine, neat and clean. Kitchenware and utensils were fine, first time I saw such managed 4-star hotel. Frankly speaking we had a feeling of 5-star hotel while living there. I did not use fitness center and breakfast.

One thing you should take care are the floor mats. It was not clean, either clean or change it frequently.

I had a problem with my booking. I tried to reduce the period but Booking.com basically prevented me from doing that. However, I made contact with the facility via the app and they helped me immediately. Even when I reached the facility, Booking.com still haven't fixed the booking but the staff provided me with the support to resolve the problem.

There was actually nothing really that I didnt like. I would have preferred to have a separate shower rather than a shower in the bath, but that is only a personal preference and still not a problem.

The only problem i faced was with the mattress.no matter the housekeeping staff made an effort to make it more comfortable after informing them but still i had a lot of back pain because the mattress was very hard and uneven.Rest everything a 10 on 10.

The receptionists and cleaners were really kind and tried to help us to get information. And, the room was quite big and all facilities were quite new so that I felt very comfort. And, there was a hospital near by the hotel by 5 minutes walk. So, we could get the PCR test ^^ Oh, Do not use "Car" of the Careem application. It's quite expensive. So use the "Hala taxi in Careem" or just grab a taxi by yourself. It would be much cheaper.

It had some distances from Metro to Hotel by walking around 20 mintues. In Dubai, 20 minutes walking outside was almost impossible these days. But it was easy to use Hala Taxi or taxi...

What set the hotel apart from other hotels is ALL the staff on duty. All of them are very nice and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with all that you need. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and not far from a metro station. Taxis are easy to find.

The hotel was close to the American Hospital. It was a quick and easy walk. The breakfast had a variety of options. The pool was very warm and refreshing for daily swimming.

It would have been nice to have the area around the pool cleaned daily with more umbrellas for a relaxing and comfortable sitting area.

Twas lovely and pleasant. The security Peter and cleaner Gbenga in particular were very helpful and polite

Online it's advertised as having a dryer which was my main reason for booking it as we stayed for 2 weeks and needed to wash and dry our clothes. But on arrival, there was none so that was disappointing.
