Jumeirah Al Qasr

We loved our Club Room, the adult swimming pool, main breakfast restaurant and exceptional grounds of Madinat Jumeirah, so much greenery! The Palace Lounge had fantastic atmosphere, the staff are so accommodating there. We would like to especially thank Jason, Lucia, William and are absolute favorite, Iris🥰 so friendly and so genuinely caring! People like them make all the difference! Cocktails and canapés were delicious, the atmosphere was great and we were so thrilled at the goodbye present that Iris & William have given to us. Thank you so much!

The only improvement we would suggest would be rereading “quiet zones” in the Palace Lounge. On our last day I had to do a conference call just before the departure to the airport and I thought that the lounge would be perfect for that. But then a few guests with toddlers arrived, screaming started and there was simply nowhere to hide as no space in the lounge has a door. Generally, there are a lot of guests with small kids and it would be great to have a little more quiet spaces scattered around the resort, just like the adults swimming pool

Our first ever visit to Dubai and we were delighted! The hotel is stunning, with friendly, knowledgable staff (wish you would stop making them wear masks), the facilities are excellent and the food divine. We enjoyed buffet breakfast and dinner most nights and ordered lunch from the pool - all incredible. THe room service team took time to figure out our routine so they didn't disturb us, a lovely touch. Access to the Wild Wadi waterpark is easy and we had great fun there too. Can't wait to come back...

Everything. Room was beautiful, the hotel design and aesthetics was amazing. The staff are great and so accommodating, absolutely nothing is a problem for them and they are always willing to help and assist you. An absolute multitude of restaurant options for breakfast and lunch or dinner included in the half-board package. We would highly recommend Al Nafoorah and the Arboretum. Big shout to Abi The hotel provides an e-butler service which greatly enhances the stay by being able to request hotel reservations and extra amenities all over WhatsApp, Viber or other social media platforms Housekeeping was immaculate. Our room was seen to twice a day, once in the morning and again the in evening. We never ran out of the essential amenities, and on the odd occasion we had a special request (more ice, shaving kits etc) they were delivered to our room within 15 minutes by house keeping staff

We had one minor issue which was due to a miscommunication, however, we were invited to speak directly with the guest relations manager who took our feedback seriously and resolved our issue with no fuss

It’s a beautiful designed resort .The property is luxurious the staff are amazing and the housekeepers are exceptionally nice too . The overall feel is luxury. Buggy rides and abrar is short but scenic. Breakfast is good .

I found things need updating as I stayed here over 10 years ago and it’s exactly the same . The wild wadi was over over packed with so many people that we just turned away as so many people using the same pool and the extreme heat waiting to find a space or spot to sit . We ate at the Lebanese restaurant and it was not upto the mark you would expect at a 5 star.

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the amazing staff notably Hamid the check-in manager (hope that I am spelling that right) and Saeed who were both amazing and extremely welcoming throughout our stay. My family and myself were on holiday to celebrate my parents 5th year wedding anniversary and I couldn't have chosen a better destination than Jumeirah Al Qasr. Throughout our stay we were made to feel welcome and the amenities were incredible with access to different pools, activities and an amazing breakfast buffet which was made pleasant once again by the amazing staff such as Mary, who greeted us everyday with a smile and was very pleasant to speak to. Our room was cleaned every day by Bhupendra who added lovely finishing touches everyday. Finally I would love to give an amazing shout out to the concierge team especially Peter Karanja who made our stay very special, by supporting us with our needs and organising unique experience with ease and professionalism. There are so many people to mention but the names mentioned within this review made this hotel the best of which we have visited and will visit again in the near future with the rest of our loved ones. A special thanks to the entire team who made our stay incredibly pleasant, enjoyable and one of a lifetime. I can easily say that Jumeirah Al Qasr is by far the best hotel that my family and I have ever experienced, we can't wait to return next year. lots of love, The Ramadan Family

nothing comes to mind to be honest

I was blown away with the level of service here. The room was amazing and much bigger than I thought it would be. The pool was sensational and I loved the attention we recieved throughout the stay. World class and I cannot wait to get back again!

Our recent stay at Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! This place is a true gem, boasting unparalleled beauty and grandeur, especially with its prime beachside location offering breathtaking views. The standout feature of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Letizia, the manager, and Eleonora at the front desk, exemplified hospitality at its finest. Their attentiveness and commitment to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience were truly commendable. Having chosen this hotel for a special occasion, I was pleasantly surprised by the meticulous attention to detail that the staff. They managed to turn our stay into a magical experience, going above and beyond to surprise my partner with exceptional service that added an extra layer of joy to our celebration. In conclusion, Al Qasr is not just a place to stay; it's an experience of indulgence and sophistication. Location and the whole Jumeirah beach resort environment is excellent, felt like a little resort city on its own. All the food we had was top standard, which is quite rare on vacations. Facilities are very good, pool clean, kids splash area very fun. Room service very well done and matches up to 5 star standard. Most of the staff are super friendly and attentive, go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Overall we would love to come back on our next visit to Dubai.

Restaurant reservations is not good, always quite a hassle to book the desired place. Like any big hotel chains, you have some superb staff that is efficient and considerate and the you have some really bad staff that seems clueless and rude. I wish the hotel would set up some stroller friendly access to the pool and the beach so people can push the stroller directly there without taking the steps or the abra. Room is quite old and you can tell by the tiles on the floor however the room cleaning team is top notch, I would give six stars to the quality of room service. Didn’t like one Eastern European lady at the lobby lounge, she seemed quite rude and clueless.

It was not our first stay here. it’s an amazing property, stunning hotel-palace, huge and green territory with the water channels around, loads of super attentive and helpful personnel around. We really liked the abra-boat and buggy services+ an amazing beach.

Personnel on the beach sometimes is too ignorant. I had to ask for extra towels multiple times and ended up searching for them on my own, sometimes when I tried to get their attention, they just went somewhere else. couple of times the waiters forgot about our orders. Couple of times service at Arboretum (the main restaurant) was really dissatisfying, like we had to sit with the mountains of dishes, a couple of times when we asked waiters for the beverages, they either forgot about it or once the waiter said to my mother that she can go and take the juice by herself( we have never received such a suggestions from in other upscale hotels). However It’s minor things and I highly recommend this hotel.

When you stay with Jumeirah, you stay in the heart of Arabian luxury. The property was out of this planet, in terms of facilities, staff, ambience, and anything else you can think of. When you come to Jumeirah properties like Al Qasr, you don't really come to travel, you come to enjoy the amenities and have innumerable Instagrammable moments. You literally don't have to do anything, the staff are super attentive to your every need. If you need to visit a restaurant, golf carts and abras await to whisk you away to your destination, and back. If you want to enjoy innumerable activities, just send a message and the staff make your every wish a reality. Jumeirah Al Qasr allows you to access the innumerable Five Star restaurants, pools, beaches, clubs, shopping at Souk Madinat Jumeirah etc. and be immersed in Arabian luxury. It was a dream staycation.

Nothing not to like, really. Everything was top notch.
