they should upgrade the beach bags to be similar to the ones offerd by jumeirah beach

the timing to access the beach and pool! 9 am to access the pool is too late & hot in the summer. they should advance at least 1 hrs , knowing daylight is early in the summer, starting 5:30

I would say that in Dubai it is one of the best options for stay because of the location and the beach. Well organized beach and you always have swimming pool to cool down. The rooms are very comfortable and always well cleaned. I reasonably love the balcony.

This stay was little bit disappointing. I had a half board and in most of the restaurants on the territory you can pay some extra and use their your half board. Concierge booked new restaurant Mayabay. Firstly, I said that I have half board at the restaurant they didn’t say anything. When I received the bill, the waiter said “I am sorry, I didn’t know I’m new here”. Secondly, I couldn’t even sign the bill to the room, because they are not part of the hotel apparently, even though they are located in Al Naseem. So I have to go back to the room. Concierge decided to skip this information. And thirdly, I had food poisoning in this restaurant. All they could say “we are very sad that you have this experience”. For me this experience was very disappointing.

Everything is amazing, up there with the best hotels in Dubai.

Think it’s time they added Netflix to their TV’s in the room. Also they have removed some of the good food options that use to be at the breakfast buffet… bring back the Apple Tart. 4 Seasons do a better brekkie buffet.

Everything was amazing, beyond expected. The crew, baristas, restaurants, pools, views of Burj al Arab, whole Jumeirah complex we can walk with beautiful views, shops, etc. There're so much thing to do we are planning to come back soon.

I didn't find anything that I disliked, everything was amazing. But if I must choose someting, it was only the extremly hot summer season the hotel water on amenities/outdoor restaurants should be free like the rooms, not charged.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were modern and well furnished. There were many facilities for the guests and there were many breakfast options available. We travelled with a baby and the staff were able to ensure that the appropriate cot was available. We arrived earlier than the usual check in time and they were able to ensure that our room was ready for our arrival so that the baby could sleep after the long journey.

The Turtle Lagoon restaurants at the hotel have a no-baby policy. While we understand the need for the policy, the restaurant staff didn’t seem to communicate this in the friendliest way. Ideally, they would have redirected us to the family friendly restaurants instead.

I’ve been contacting you for more than a month to return my deposit with no action from your side. You keep telling me this issue will be resolved and yet I still haven’t received my money back. What a rip-off. I expect to have my deposit returned asap. You do not have the right to hold my money for more than one month. Horrible customer service.

Rip-off. Rate was super high. Booking had a lower rate than they did on their reception

We have been in love with this place since the beginning. We are truly fans of Madinat Jumeirah and have visited them all in 12+ years. Now we take our kids here every year or twice p.a. They have to experience the hospitality and friendly staff that UAE has to offer, especially Al Naseem. Actually we always loved and still love Al Qasr, because of the power Lady CEO, she is a lion and her staff is exceptional buuuutt there is one point that makes Al Naseem so lovely to us: It is Chef Shubatra from the Palmery, thank to him we changed the stay to Al Naseem. And as a ex diplomat and kid to a diplomat father I have visited 50 5*, and have to say there is no place like The Palmery, they know how to make you feel like King/Queen and know what your kids need and want. We just had to mention one that our daughter hat some food allergy and they knew it by heart, even her nanny needed more time to learn it. Emad, Mehedi and Yani are extra ordinary people we can’t wait to see again. Thank you very much for being able to make our stay exceptional! Also the kids club is the best in the world. Millicent and Patricia will make your kiddos feel better that everywhere and know to read from their eyes. Also Andria is such a sweet lady like Yani. Mamun from the pool knew every day what time we were at the pool and brought swim diapers and everything. This makes the service once in a million. You know your costs, because otherwise than in Turkey (Ri*os, such a waste of money) or unfortunately in my parents country (Italy) here is nobody going to ask you about money and tipps. You are lovingly wanting to do that free willingly! Thank you very much.

Actually I did not like one point from the receptionist, but it is because I was expecting perfection as in Al Qasr and they truly have the best receptionist. Anyway as a mother I needed 30 minutes for the baby siesta. As a lawyer I know they have to be firm with check in and out because people might be willing to overtime with no reason. But I am sure they are going to do better next time.

Everything. Best resort in Dubai and thats purely because of the service that the staff provide 24/7. Also the beach club, summersalt, the private beach and access to all of Jumeriah resort beaches, as well as the gym, the 20 something restaurants and private room dining service on top completes the experience of a full vacation. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable well designed and clean. Housekeeping keep everything clean and organised to the smallest detail, housekeeping put a leather binder on my trimmer charging wire so that it was more organised, housekeeping and front office had put a boquet of pink white and cream ponies when we experienced inconvenience and had to change the room, the gesture ment a lot to my wife. The beach club, summersalt and the private becah and access to all of the Jumeriah resorts pool is a wonderful experience. As stated the staff at the Jumeriah Al Naseem made it the best stay, from Joseph - the head valet who would always ensure we get to where we needed to go, to Elona who helped in the middle of the night to ensure our inconvinece was fully seen to and to every staff member that would greet with a great welcome and ensure whatever we needed was met to the highest standards. Best hotel bar none with service that makes you feel royal.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The room and hotel was "palatial" although "only" a solid 4 star hotel in the Dubai scheme of things. The location was excellent with the beach a short walk and waterpark close by. The breakfast food options and service levels were beyond extraordinary.

The only "glitch" is that housekeeping removed a small glass (which was clearly not hotel property) from our room which I used as a cradle to charge my smartwatch that was not able to be recovered. Annoying although not the "end of the world". Although value for money in the Dubai scheme of things, the property was expensive compared to similar-level hotels we have stayed at elsewhere.

Everything was amazing! - we had a birthday cake and a cute note when arrival + some flowers + macros+ dates and fruits and they add some each morning. - Tessa the receptionist was more than nice assisting us and helping us thru everything. She was super nice and helpful and made us feel like home. - we have a baby and they welcomed him with some cute stuffed animals toys and the crib was super high quality. - the staff were all super nice and friendly. - the breakfast was excellent, even the chefs were asking what do we need and some of them offered to serve us himself without waiting in the line for the pancakes. - the pool are clean and nice. - the beach was super amazing and clean and kids friendly. (They had toys for babies)
