Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

this being our visit of number 6, we appreciate the efforts and results in maintenance and renovation. The high quality remained. We enjoyed our room, recently renovated. we enjoyed beach and pools.

prices became extremely high. No visible record of repeat visit. Top management not visible, not seen during our stay. We fent the efforts in food cost savings of buffet. The selection of warm breakfast buffet was reduced and looked tired. we hade to request for certain items - dates, water melon juice, etc - hiding below the counter. Live music entertainment- whilst much liked - extremely loud.

Whilst not as traditional as Al Qsar, MAS is true to its UAE Heritage whilst having many contemporary benefits. My Ocean View Club room was everything you could want. Spacious, every minute detail a resident could want was attended to. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower & bath with plenty of available amenities as well as the most instagram perfect view from the balcony. Whilst everything about the hotel was exemplary, the gold leaf on the chocolate has to be admission to the Amal Lounge which came with the room. With unlimited access you had the opportunity for breakfast, afternoon tea, Sundowners & canapés in this intimate lounge with outside tables that had fantastic views from the Marina all along Jumeriah beach. Yet the vista was not the best thing, the staff were. Even though I was just a visitor for 2 days I met some wonderful staff. At every visit the food was delicious, so much so even with a half board booking one evening I could not even avail of the full offered menu at one of the hotels restaurants as I had indulged myself in all of the wonderful hors-d’oeuvres offered with Sundowners. I had the joy to be served by Shambhu, Abdulaluz, Almiranda, Polina & Manager Yana. ( I pay special attention to them as they did as me.) Half board offers you breakfast & lunch/dinner every day in any restaurant on site ( with an e-butler available to make the bookings). As well as enjoying both the beach & pool areas I was able to visit the Souk, the nearby hotels & their restaurants as well as enjoy & be educated at the Turtle Rehabilitation Enclosure.

Booking.com said their price included VAT, Service, Tourism & the Municipality fee which it did *not*. The result of this meant that I did not get a better deal than using my JumeriahOne account & thus I lost the opportunity to accrue points.

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. Beaches were very cleaned and comfortable .Hospitality at the hotel was amazing. The location is very good and I could recommend it to everybody.

The mattress was absolutely uncomfortable and I still have no idea how such an expensively and 5star hotel could have this. For the price we ve paid the mattress could have been much better.

The manager she is morning shift amazing I face many issue and details for check in but I informed the manager she really deal immediately and upgrade me and let me check in she is amazing

Some stuff need more to know how to be more flexible the check in staff

Hotel is amazing, the entire area of the connected hotels is beautiful. We used buggy’s and boat rides inside the resort, all the time. The service of the hotel is amazing. All employees are extremely polite, child friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. Extremely high hygienic standards. Complimentary water on the beaches, pools and in the room several times per day. c We are a family with 2 kids so we also used 2hours of supervised kids club also with no additional surcharge. Breakfast and dinner simply beyond all expectations. Complimentary Nespresso coffee every day.

Only one thing, but that didn’t influence our rating. However it is definitely something that should not happen in a 5 star beach hotel. Beach bag was not provided- hotel personnel told us they are out of stock, for more than 3 weeks. We asked multiple times. On our question how come everyone has one, they told us those guests who have it are there for more than 3 weeks, and offered us a plastic bag as alternative. To make it clear we payed for a 5 star hotel experience and not supermarket experience.

It’s a big property that is a resort feel. Very comfortable and spacious. Super friendly staff and very helpful.

Beach clubs like Summersalt wanted a minimum spend just on walk in basis for a drink, found that was the necessary. Shimmers Restaurant would not accept us in for a casual drink around 5.30pm where it was relatively quiet as they obviously wanted to have a minimum spend on food but would not say it. We got turned away from numerous locations on the site when not ordering food just wanted a drink.

Beautiful Arabian Venice. Jumeirah Mina A'Salam is incredible peaceful oasis in modern Dubai! We were surrounded by authentic Arabian luxury and beauty. The view of majestic Burj Al-Arab Rising like a sail out of the Arabian Gulf was indeed a bonus. Surely, the people are best part of the overall experience. Everyone was very kind and caring. Incredible genuine appreciation radiated from every person! Thank you Mina A'Salam for making our stay unforgettable! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mina Al Salam Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely perfect and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable, with a large and inviting bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided in the room added to the overall convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable. The best part of our stay was the complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. It was a fantastic bonus, especially for the kids, who had an absolute blast at the waterpark. We visited Wild Wadi twice during our stay - once on the day of check-in and again after check-out. It was a wonderful way to start and end our vacation on a high note. The hotel's location near the beaches was another highlight. The breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind and relax to the fullest. We made the most of our time by enjoying the beautiful beaches and taking leisurely strolls along the shore. Additionally, the hotel's pools were delightful add-ons. We spent some quality time lounging by the poolside, basking in the sun, and cooling off in the crystal-clear waters. Overall, our stay at Mina Al Salam Hotel was beyond our expectations. The combination of comfort, luxury, and the thoughtful inclusion of Wild Wadi access made it a truly unforgettable experience for the entire family. We cannot wait to return and create more beautiful memories at this incredible hotel. If you're looking for a perfect stay in a spectacular setting, Mina Al Salam Hotel is undoubtedly the place to be!

There were some small insects in the room, on the table and in wardrobe.

Hotel cleanliness and fabulous staff were a standout. It’s been refurbished since we last stayed . Room and balcony weee outstanding. Great location and proximity to the Souk Madinat are real advantage.

Not being able to use main pool area as we weren’t executive club members. This has just changed recently and I was not aware when I made the booking. I feel this is unnecessary especially as it could use the pool in the other , neighbouring Jumeriah hotels.

Amazing hotel and well maintained! The breakfast is one of the best ever! A huge thank you for the duty mangers Yana and Mohammad! They are wonderful and professional! A big thank you for the club car stationed guy at the hotel and to house keeping Baroun who is always smiling and attentive! Will be back again for sure!

The water sports activities on the beach like jetski’s are over priced!
