Great breakfast, rooms are big and comfortable, all the parks are close and the hotel provides shuttle bus.

In room dining menu took long and was not verified.

We always return to Lapita because it is always an enjoyable experience, every time. We love the facility, the service, the atmosphere, it’s our favorite family get away in the gulf.

We noticed the breakfast options were slightly less than previous times. There used to be a nice selection of fresh juices and milkshakes in a fancy drinks station in the morning, which the family enjoyed experimenting with every day.

The free tickets to the parks make it great value for money. Friendly staff, beautiful themed decor, entertainment shows n characters in the lobby. The parks were just walking distance away. Beautiful choice of pools and lovely grounds to walk about in. The welcome drink and garland ! With two nights stay we got 2 free day passes, but u couldn't visit the same park twice .with 3 nites they offered unlimited access to all parks

The constant emails telling us to pay before our stay, when our booking clearly stated no advance payment needed. It was like harrassment. The double beds were the smallest I have ever seen. The breakfast was $30 per person. Our booking said resort view but we were given car park view

We reached at the hotel at 5:00 AM.The lady in the reception offered us an upgrade room and early check in with extra costs which we accepted The Polynesian architecture of the hotel was exactly the same one which I looked for it. What I like about the hotel and parks : Ambiance of the hotel Cleanliness Unbelievable respect to the guest Fantastic breakfast Buggy service inside the resort Amazing kids club ( Thanks to Tara ,Anita ,Judi ,Ojo ,Titi and Sadeepo)-My 6 years old daughter prefer to stay there rather than the parks Beautiful and clean swimming pool with a great restaurant/bar beside (Thanks Mr.Jithesh for his warm welcome) Artist housekeepers who makes elephant and baby through towels (Thanks you Felicia) Location which it is in walking distance to all parks. If you are interested in shopping , outlet village is in walking distance. Overall , Parks and hotel exceed my expectation level .

- call center (conceirge) no answer - slow reponse to room assistance. i booked two rooms. wife forgot the room inside the the other room and they took 45 minutes to come and unlock the room. - welcome is not the same for all. some welcomed with Coffee some with welcome drink others without anything. No fair. i remember the first visit where they welcomed with flower garland. no more. - access to the toilet from cabinet. - lock of the toilet door. not easy. - TV interruption (auto on auto off) - Housekeeping for hidden areas not properly done (found cream for previous guest below TV set) - Long que for park ticket collection.

The new change in park tickets, which is 1 night 1 park. I also didn't like the new timing of the parks especially motiongate, that they close early, since last year they close at 10 on the week days.

It was very close to all the parks and the breakfast had a wide choice..it catered to my family needs.

. The kids swimming pool area had missing tiles, which wouldn't usually bother me however my daughter managed to hit her toe against a sharp broken tile which caused a cut. I did report this to reception and she advised she would let the relevant people know. She never asked if my child was okay. This was disappointing.

Our stay at Lapita, part of Dubai Parks and Resorts and the Autograph Collection, was a memorable experience that combined luxury with a unique tropical ambiance. We did not take advantage of the dining options. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They buggies were abundant, and the drivers were super-friendly, always keen to transport us around the resort. The hotel's location is a significant plus. It provides easy access to the adjacent theme parks, making it an ideal choice for families and thrill-seekers looking to explore the attractions without the hassle of long commutes. It's also a short walk away for the Outlet mall. The pool area is another standout feature. It's spacious, with enough loungers and a fun, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both adults and kids. The lazy river adds an extra layer of relaxation, allowing guests to unwind in a unique setting. The price was competitive and the amenities abundant. Some info regarding the parks. - We stayed for 4 nights, which meant we had unlimited access to the parks and could visit more than 1 park in a day. - There is quite a walk from where the Buggy drops you off, at the entrance of Riverland to the actual parks. If you're only visiting Legoland, stay at the Legoland hotel. However, Lapita is definitely the more luxurious option. - Legoland is more suited for younger kids - we completed it in 1 hour, from 10am to 11am. - Motiongate opens at 11am. We completed it, with shopping, within 2.5 hours. - The parks, during early-mid december are empty

The hotel itself is fairly quiet, however, one should note that you can hear everything happening in the hallway, inside your room.

We stayed there for the kids that they wanted to visit the motion gate park, my personal experience was amazing kids loved it, and even I, as an adult, loved so many of the rides in motion gate. so overall I have to say the hotel is very good and the deal is amazing to have access ticket to the motion gate.

Kids pool, river pool & running lane on betuful lake, also kids friendly resort with free shuttle to Expo 2020 and will give best deal for ALL parcs & resorts access including whole days in check-in and check-out days.

It took me around 45 min in the queue to finish 30 seconds check out that's make late to airport.
