Spacious, clean, well furnished and freshly decorated. Central location. 2 ring stove , microwave and kettle. Staff available by telephone, quick response and helpful.

Taxi rank outside our window, very noisy between 4am and 5am. The shower was adequate but not very powerful.

Location is excellent and surprisingly quiet at night. Value was excellent too, we had more than enough space for us and our dog and liked the size of the apartment.

The one things that is a huge own goal is that the hotel doesn't clean the outside of the apartment windows nearly enough. The views are great and the windows themselves are huge and beautiful - but are distracted from by the fact they're completely covered in muck. A little elbow grease would go a long long way. Beware how you approach the accommodation too, the Aberdeen Council seem to have some very sneaky bus lanes set out to entrap unwitting drivers with a welcoming fine.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable with a separate living room/kitchen. The bed is large and comfortable and there is all you could want in a self catering apartment. There is space to work and despite its central location it is quiet at night.

The particular apartment I had had a particularly noisy fridge which I had to turn off to avoid an annoying hum. I could not get the television in the bedroom to work although that may be user error.

Difficult to find due to location (no street parking, pedestrian or bus only throughways), very small sign at door. Be prepared to haul your bags to the hotel. Parking (paid) is available but directions from staff could have been better / less confusing. It took three phone calls to sort out where we were meant to park.

Great staff, apartment very clean. The bed was excellent large comfortable, and a fantastic sleep. The only issue was the shower door. I am a bit on the large size just got into the shower with a bit of a squeeze, other than that excellent all round. Also has a small private car park. Great area, close to center and restaurants, bars etc but far enough away from the noise etc. Will definitely use again if round Aberdeen again

Location, amenities, bed, large apartment, cost was great even though a late booking.

We liked everything about the apartments, Union Street is a busy area with lots of places to eat amd drink. The Vue cinema and Lane 7 which has lots of leisure acttivities, food and drink etc are just around the corner on Shiprow. Codona's is just a short walk of around 20 minutes from the apartments, just use a google map on your mobile. Walking down Shiprow will take you to Union Square shopping centre where the bus and the train station are. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroomed apartment so we could be next door to the family. Recommend these apartments.

Saturday night could be a bit noisy outside but that's to be expected. Didn't spoil our stay.

The apartments are so well sound insulated. When you're in one, you can't hear any noise from those next door. Made me feel very comfortable and at home. The view from the sofa, looking down Union Street with all the Christmas lights at window level was a treat too.

Some fixtures and fittings are showing obvious signs of wear and tear. Everything still works fine but could do with a little TLC. However, I think the cost of the apartment reflects this and I'm still happy with what I got for the price I paid.

It was spacious and clean, in a great location and very comfortable. I would have stayed more than one night and I'll definitely stay here again. Can highly recommend.

Very, very minor but the room could do with a lick of paint as there were a lot of stains on the walls which was at odds with the cleanliness of the apartment. The toilet roll was like sand paper and basic supplies like tea and coffee would have been appreciated.

The clock tower going off every 15 minutes, I know it’s not the properties fault but I wish I knew this before booking. can only open one window an inch. quite a lot of light in the room through the blinds
