Regular Hotel guests and Wedding guest areas not separate. I was having a quiet late lunch in the lounge bar area when a large wedding party descended in there , I didn’t think it was fair on myself or the wedding party , I was in the middle of them, having my pot of tea and sandwich , it seemed very, very strange ! Pool , leisure facilities a bit dated .

Lovely friendly staff, food and cocktails were delicious Beautiful spa and gym facilities too, which guests can use for free. Comfortable beds and everything was very clean.

The Wi-Fi signal is rubbish. Our tv kept crashing because of this. We couldn’t access Netflix or any other sites to enable us to watch a good movie. I was very disappointed about this as I had phoned prior to making the booking to ensure that we could use the tv in this way, I was assured that it worked properly. The staff did try to help but told us that this is a common complaint from guests

Returning to Ireland after a 4 year absence (covid etc.) Was the last place we stayed before returning home in 2019, we were made so welcome after an overbooking transferred us to Dunadry. We received the same welcome again this time. The hotel is perfect, the grounds are fabulous but the icing on the cake is the warmth of the staff throughout the hotel.

Nothing really, it’s a pleasure to return to Dunadry. The only downside was that a wedding was being held there later and breakfast was noisy, especially the woman who had her phone on FaceTime giving a running commentary of everyone who was eating and what they were having, but that is hardly the hotels fault, but maybe she might read this and realise that there are other people having breakfast.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world as well as the UK and the only breakfast to beat dunadry hotel was the cruise ships. The selections was outstanding as was the quality of yhe food and staff couldn't do enough for us.

My only complaint and it's really just little niggles were, 1. Pillows way too soft, I goy 2 extra and still had to fold up the bed runner and towels to put under them. Tv volume way too low but I asked about it and maintenance came up with the actual TV remote immediately and turned it up, I can understand that if yhe hotel was busy that the lower volume that it's set at is so as not to annoy other guests but hotel was practically empty and we still couldn't hear it. But like I said very small niggles and were rectified as soon as I asked and we can't wait to go back and ile just take my own pillows which I don't mind doing at all.

Lovely buildings and surroundings, well kept and maintained. Quiet hotel, comfortable with our 1 year old. Excellent food for dinner both nights. Lovely warm pool. Very friendly, welcoming staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but overall most of the wait staff were very young and there didn’t seem to be a manager overseeing dinner service which would have help iron out small issues. The pool was separate to the hotel which meant taking the baby in and out of two buildings not a huge deal but not ideal in winter. There was no bath in the room, on the Booking.com website it said there was. We requested a cot for our baby and only got it for the second night of our stay upon our 3rd request. Our first morning’s breakfast was quite disappointing the hot food buffet was cold and not very fresh. On the second morning breakfast was served from the kitchen to order and was delicious!

The room we had was lovely and spacious. The hotel interior was cozy and inviting. The gardens made for a peaceful afternoon having drinks. Staff we encountered were amazing and very friendly.

We were unaware of any renovations going on until we arrived ☹️ The standard of food on the menu did not reflect the price, it was expensive for what it was. Breakfast was lovely but unorganised on the first morning, must say this was rectified and far better on the second morning. Could maybe put a few biscuits to go with tea and coffee in the room?

Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, dinner very nice, however there could be a wider variety of choice available. Staff very friendly. Great coffee. Great atmosphere among staff and throughout the hotel.

We ordered a snack in the bar. Normally when we visit all food is lovely. However my wife didn't say but her sandwich bread was stale but she did not wish to make a fuss. This is unlike the bar restaurant as standards are normally very high.

The food food was very nice the room was gorgeous and dinner was also amazing it was busy so took a while for food to come out but it was fine because we just chatted instead and the pool was so warm it was an outstanding experience.

Maybe if the pool was bigger but more or less everything was fabulous and i highly recommend it to anyone out there that just wants to go up to Belfast to see its gorgeous landscape and scenery or even the titanic.

ideal location close to international airport and for the wedding we were attending. Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranged an early check in and phoned taxis for us.

only criticism is the length of the hairdryer flex, it was very short and attached to the back of the drawer making it quite difficult to dry my hair!!

The room and setting were superb. Well furnished, spacious, with superking size bed. Pleasant garden view with peahens and peacock roaming around. Patio door and outdoor seating.

Stayed two nights, so we had two evening meals and two breakfasts and one lunch. On three of those sittings, something went wrong either arrived late or forgot about something. If it had only happened once, I would've passed it off as a one-off.
