Really well decorated hotel. Bedroom was well laid out and perfectly clean. There was a gorgeous surprise of treats waiting for us in the room. Very unexpected and so much appreciated. A lovely touch. Hotel and all common areas were spotlessly clean at all times. Breakfast was good and great value for money. All Staff were extremely helpful, courteous, kind and eager to help. The convenient location is near the shopping areas. Taxis were very responsive to the desk phone when called. I will definitely stay in Leonardo Hotels again.

Can’t find any fault with the Belfast Leonardo hotel. It’s just a suggestion but I’d put a hook in bedrooms so coats can be hung up. (Necessary in our climate and we didn’t want to wet interior of wardrobes or dampen.)

This hotel has great location, hotel is great with kids too all staff. Breakfast was nice also. Its a very comfortable hotel. Parking prices let this hotel down massively.

The price for parking is beyond me! I understand it's in the centre, but the price is a complete rip-off. £17 for 24 hours is a joke. The carpark for £12 was always full when we tried. There is a car park about 15 mins walk away we paid £6 don't know if it was a mistake, but we paid £6 from 7 pm to 11am, but we only found this on the last night.

Cannot fault the Leonardo, rooms are superb, breakfast is right up there with the absolute best in any hotel we’ve ever been in, prices of staying here is excellent and super affordable, always clean, staff friendly, superb location, quiet nights sleep every time we’ve been. We’ve stayed over 8 times for 2 nights each time and love it, we will be back soon..

There’s not much to not like about the Leonardo except the price of car parking is very expensive, the sweets and pot noodles at reception should be a little cheaper, my daughter was hungry and it was late evening so we grabbed her a pot noodle which cost £4.50 when they’re only £1 in the shops so that’s a little over priced. If they could reduce their snacks and the price of drinks at the bar for those who are guests then this place would be the absolute best there is.

This is a really excellent central Belfast hotel, near the famous Europa Hotel, City Hall and the Crown Bar. So, very easy to get around. It's super spacious and comfortable with lovely, friendly staff and very clean. We were impressed at our cosy, airy room, proper bathroom that wasn't cramped, like many hotels, and the location near so may things we wanted to see again, St George's Market, St Anne's Cathedral and surroundings. Plus, the wonderful Darcys family restaurant where we like to visit when we hit the City.

No problems at all. See above, great hotel, where we would stay again.

We liked the location; it was in the centre of the city with great transport links everywhere we'd want to see. Lots of coffee shops nearby, there's a small Tesco across the street that is open till late, a few good pubs across the street for a meal (recommend the Irish stew at Robinson's, dining upstairs) Katrina in the breakfast room was one staff member I have to mention by name; she went above and beyond to provide us with warm milk and boiled eggs for my little girl every day. She remembered us and asked us if we wanted the same thing every morning we were there. Thank you, Katrina! They provided a cot for my daughter - best to ask in advance, it was sent to our bedroom and set up by housekeeping a little after our arrival. Beds were comfortable. Oh, also worth mentioning is the blackout curtains in our bedroom which made it easier to sleep for me.

There was no soap by the sink when we entered our room. Some free water bottles would have been nice, though we bought them from the Tesco across the street so no biggie. There was no shower handle/cord that could be removed by hand & used; fixed shower means it's hard to take a proper shower. Perhaps my biggest complaint about the room. Room was a little tired, can do with a changing of the carpet (some big stains on it) or redecorating. TV had very limited channels. Limited gluten-free options, none of the meats at breakfast were marked/named so I didn't know what was pork and what wasn't. Might be worth it to put labels like most other hotels do for Jewish & Muslim visitors who do not eat pork.

When we walked in, the first thing we noticed was the smell, it was the exact same smell as the Excalibur hotel in Las Vegas. We did ask the front desk but they did not know the name of it. We never used any of the facilities as it was only a one night stay. The room 504 was very clean and had a lovely view. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. We also got 2 free complimentary coffees aswell.

There is no parking on the hotel grounds, however for a short walk, there is a value car park and it cost us £17 for 24 hours. Don't forget to get the ticket validated by the receptionist when leaving.

The hotel was very well located. It is in the city center, close to many eating places and close to the bus station. We were able to walk to a lot of shopping places, even all the way to the Titanic exhibit, (although that was a bit of an unpleasant hike for me as I was catching a cold and it was raining.) The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, if a little pricey. Oh, and I discovered a new brand of cider (Kopparberg) at the bar, which was lovely. So far I have not found it anywhere else, though.

I wish their little 'shop' had stocked some cold medications! And more flavors of ice cream.

Our room was spotlessly clean. The beds are really comfortable. Great room for our needs. Great city centre location. The tea/milk comment is really just as a heads up for others and not a criticism of the hotel.

View wasn't great, but we're weren't there for the view it's just a little bonus when you look out at a nice view. We ran out of milk and tea and probably just needed to ask for more but as the beds were made each day I thought that the tea/coffee tray would be replenished as and when it was needed. I'm put off asking for more things for the room that's entirely down to me, though, and not the hotel. 2 little things and certainly wouldn't put me off staying again.

The room was a good size, with a pleasant view. The bathroom has a full tub with a curtain, so water doesn’t get all over the place as it does in many continental European hotels. The location is convenient, walking distance to downtown, Titanic Belfast in under 30 minutes, etc. (it’s also the pickup spot for one of the main Game of Thrones tour companies). Access by cards instead of keys allows people to come and go separately. Breakfast (not included) looked substantial but I didn’t try it. If you go there by cab, say you’re going to Jurys Inn because they’re still getting used to the name change.

It’s on a fairly busy street so there is some road noise, but it’s not too bad.

Really liked the staff. The receptionist was really poilite and helpful. We got on great with Josh at the bar, he really looked after us and gave us some tips on where to go!

The bed was super small and the pillows were really flat. We also got a room next to a hen party but to be fair when I told the receptionist they did offer to help us move the next morning, suprisingly they didnt end up being too loud so I didnt go back down about it. Unfortunately our room was over looking the bins and every morning as early as 7am, glass bottles and really loud banging woke up and was on going for the 3 morning we stayed. Again we didnt ask to move because so many other rooms were over looking this area, I felt bad complaining. Someone had to get the crap view and noisey room and unfortunately it was us. In saying that, the room was still a nice room and we were content.
