Excellent main meals and breakfast and very nice staff

Big disappointment on arrival to be told that they no longer sell my favourite drink which is Kronenburg. I tried the other drinks which were so inferior and had to make do with Fosters which is not too bad and 2 small bottles of Peroni lager which is a premium lager but costs £7.80 which is very expensive for the 3 nights. Such a pity that hotel/brewery get rid of the best beers to sell inferior ones with little taste which brings in more profit for them but leaves many customers feeling let down. Lovely hotel but not nice to sit down for a lovely meal with not very nice tasting inferior lagers/beers. well worth spending extra on Peroni which just about saved the holiday.

I loved that everything was clean and organized.

Everything was very good, I loved the room, they are well located, and it is quite comfortable to spend a quiet vacation as a couple, the last day of our stay was not so pleasant The staff was great, except the last day where the girl who was there was rude to us, the way she treated us made us feel a little uncomfortable, we were going to extend one more night, but because of the attitude that girl had We decided to leave and go back home😅😅, when I had previously extended two more nights, the restaurant is great to have a drink, but if it is to eat, the food is not very good and not in line with the price, the truth is it is quite expensive for the quality of the food

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of choice for breakfast. Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom. Good restraurant if one wanted to eat in. Adequate + facilities at this price range. Value for money.

Bedroom was a bit too warm and the radiator control was not working. A building of this age and type of construction does not have good sound insulation properties ... a certain amount of noise is heard from adjacent rooms and the room above. This was not a big problem during my stay, but less considerate guests could become a problem.

I'm pretty sure they free upgraded us to a sea view room. My god that was a lovely treat. I very much enjoyed reading my book in the comfortable armchair, listening to the waves. The staff were personable, efficient and lovely. We even bumped into the housekeeping team in the morning, they were all lovely. The room was spotless, they'd left the window open for us to ensure the room was cool and provided a fan. The breakfast was great and check out was completely painless. This visit was as lovely as our last.

We both kept tripping over the slight step into the bathroom, but that's on us.

The hotel is right on the seafront so lovely view from the bedroom. We had breakfast included in our package, so was nice to have a good breakfast before we set off for the day. Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Bognor Regis Town centre, along the sea front. Parking outside hotel is free from 30th September. Overall we had a lovely few days stay.

Shower in the bathroom didn't have a lot of power but was manageable. Would have liked a bath mat for the floor after showering, I had to use one of the towels to stand on. Not sure how car parking works during high season as it costs to park everywhere and hotel doesn't have its own parking, so would recommend checking this if you are thinking of staying between April and September.

This is my second visit to the Navigator Hotel this year, and it was like returning to see a friend. The staff are friendly, welcoming and will do whatever they can to make your stay a good one, even when you only give them 20 minutes notice of your booking and arrival!! The menu is varied and the food well prepared, presented, tasty and there's plenty on the plate. The rooms are comfortable and I never have a problem sleeping here unlike in some other chain hotels I could mention. Thank you guys for a stress free evening and perfect night's sleep 😊

I recently stayed at the Navigator hotel and was extremely impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The food was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious. The location of the hotel was also great, it was close to all the major attractions and easy to get around. Another added bonus was that they offered 2 for 1 meals, which was a great deal and saved me some money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Nicely decorated room. Huge bathroom, great shower (hot and plenty of water pressure). The room and bathroom were both light and airy with splendid views over the sea. Ahhhhhhh. Room 10. Breakfast was delicious, just pricey (compared to similar at Wetherspoons). A nice touch was a pair of scissors delivered with the Brown Sauce sachets so could open them easily! Lovely little detail. Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel location was perfect - easy to walk into the Town centre, and perfect for long beach walks. On street parking is free in Wessex Avenue, a short walk around the corner. Otherwise there is chargeable on street parking right outside the hotel.

The chest of drawers hadn't been checked or cleaned, there were some old biscuits and plastic cutlery left in some of the drawers.

Very comfortable beds, fantastic location overlooking the sea and beach. Good food.

The whole place needs some work done. The windows in our room we were not allowed to open due to broken hinges and had gaps which let in a draught. And unfortunately during our third night a storm hit causing the windows to rattle very loudly and also let the rain in. The shower room also needs updating.

Excellent location. I chose a room with sea views which was fantastic. The room had an enclosed extension which had comfortable chairs and a table, which overlooked the beach. This was my favourite thing about the room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and a great breakfast. Would go back here and would recommend.

Double room was quite small but overall we enjoyed our stay and would chose to stay here gain.
