The breakfast was delicious and staff were really accommodating when our little one wanted breakfast before the official time it is served. The property was fully booked and we felt like the only ones there, as there was a really quiet and calm feel about the place. There is also a shop directly opposite the property which was really useful in evening and early morning. We had room 6 and it was really nice, big with two TVs, big wardrobe, great size bathroom for an en suite and nice furniture. We also really liked the games room where we were able to spend some time playing Lego and board games with our little one who loved that room. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. I had the full English and the quality of ingredients was great with a delicious sausage. We were given tea, coffee, cranberry and apple juice and later I was offers another coffee by one of the younger members of staff who all look really good at what they do in keep up a great level of customer service.

There wasn’t actually anything I would say we didn’t like.

The location was ideal to spend time with family staying at Nunnington Park. The room was fabulous with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. It felt very homely. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast also. We were very well taken care of and would definitely recommend The Beach House to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

We can't think of anything that would improve our stay. Check in was easy and there was a lovely living area downstairs where we could sit with a cup of tea and use our laptops.

Breakfast selection blew us away and the quality was brilliant, fresh fruit, fresh coffe and a good menu Room had a fridge and a selection of drinks to purchase - downstairs there was a selection of sweets/coffee/biscuits to help ourselves to at any time Parking was avalible and the garden was lovely to sit and have a drink in the evening Netflix / Amazon on the TV in room

The walk to the beach was 20 minutes but this was as expected - it was much closer to pubs and a shop was across the road which was convienient

Breakfasts were sensational! Top, local, fresh produce and consistent every single day. Pam, Lorna and the team made us feel at home with their warmth, kind and friendly service. Efficient and clear communication prior to arriving and throughout our stay. We were given a list of cab numbers, places to explore and eat. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and stylish - a welcoming haven to retreat to after a long day at the beach. The attention to detail in the decor and service was impeccable. Loved the fridges in our room and appreciated the fresh milk, water, tea bags and treats in the common room. Netflix in the room was also a treat! 15 min direct walk to West Wittering beach. Wifi access was fast and reliable. Really appreciated ordering a take-away and using cutlery in the kitchen. A home to home experience! We look forward to coming back and staying a bit longer next time.

Nothing to fault. It would be amazing if there was a dinner option - only because the breakfast was so divine!

Location was excellent, property was excellent. When I was trying to book a short break in the Uk to just relax and unwind everything seemed ridiculously expensive, the beach house seemed a fair price for 3 night’s but to be honest I was expecting to be disappointed. I am so happy to say that it exceeded my expectations! from arriving to departing everything was easy and relaxed, breakfast was sooo good that we had to eat lunch much later than usual when we were out exploring. The little touches like your own jar of biscuits with your room number on in the communal area were a great idea for when you got peckish coming back in the evening. All in all I can’t recommend a visit highly enough 👍

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

What an incredibly lovely stay at The Beach House. Our room was so luxurious, spaciuos, super clean, and had everything you need and more. Breakfast was really a wow. They are using local fresh ingredients. Breakfast was melting away in our mouths. Pam is an incredibly friendly and amazing lady. All the staff were super lovely and helpful. From The Beach House, you can walk to the beach. This is a great location. We will definitely come back

Once we noted the weather was to be so good an overnight stop to go to the beach seemed a good idea. We had driven past The Beach House many times so knew the location which was perfect. An easy keypad check in with clear instructions made life easy, a great, clean and comfortable bedroom which was light and airy, a fan in the room a bonus as we had great weather. The bathroom was well fitted with a good shower. Little extra touches - fresh milk in fridge in the room, biscuits for our room and a fridge full of bottled water in the lounge. Breakfast perfect presented and tasty. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were more than happy with everything

I booked the Beach House for a relaxing weekend away with a friend. we had a twin room which was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed- fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. I contacted the hotel in advance and they kindly put champagne glasses in our room. we really enjoyed the relaxed and comfortable lounge and patio. So many lovely touches around the property making it feel really homey. We went for dinner in Sidlesham which was an easy drive away. we also walked down to the beach which is a very easy short walk. I can’t wait to book again! The staff also helped me out with a personal item I accidentally left behind. They couldn’t be kinder! Kate & Tasha

Just wished we could stay longer!

Breakfast range of choice was excellent both cooked and cereals, yogurt, pastries etc….. Staff delightful, professional, funny & efficient. Location was a 15min stroll from West Wittering beach through a pretty village - FAB!

Less creaky floor boards would be good but then it is a converted property; some noise from the next room with children jumping off beds. Bed was comfortable but, a tad creaky getting in & out & when turning over.

The Beach House is very well appointed and looked spotlessly clean. Lot's of nice touches, like the biscuits in kilner jars for each room, sweets in the communal lounge, blankets and cushions for sitting outside, games and books. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sublime! The choices and quality of the food was better than some top hotels I have stayed at. Information and communication prior to our visit was also first class,

The mattresses seemed softer than I prefer but that said I had two fabulous sleeps. I have struggled to find anything I didn't like.
